Ordered a chicken dinner that’s was over $25 I’m disappointed, it was just ok. The fries were cold and the chicken was really dry. I had to use a lot of BBQ sauce just to eat it. The slaw was alright, but tasted slightly like the fridge. The biscuits were ok, employees weren’t very friendly and I wish they had offered me some condiments.

We had to pull up and wait a few minutes but the food was hot & fresh and it was the best experience I’ve had at that Muscle Shoals Jack’s on Wilson Dam Rd in a Very long Time. The manager that brought out our food was cheerful, kind and apologized for the wait.

When fast food is necessary, Jack’s & Rick’s Barbecue are my only go-to (for favorite items). Rick’s meaty sandwiches (be sure to ask for “no mayo” as they oddly make that a default) and Jack’s shakes are better than typical franchise offerings. Service is good and environments typically better appointed and cleaner than expected as well. Enjoy your stop!
