Cute little Celtic pub located in adorable Lancaster.
Food was typical fare like you would get in Scotland or Ireland. We ordered the William Wallace which was a specially seasoned corned beef sandwich on a bun. They also had fried fish that include smashed peas, just like I had in Scotland.

My daughter and I arrived before the kitchen opened up but the manager let us in anyway as long as we didn’t mind waiting for the kitchen to open up, we didn’t. We ordered the Irish nachos, the Maeva burger with mashed potatoes and a side of Guinness gravy. The Brando with colcannon, and a piece of lavender cake. Everything was excellent, cooked to order, and delicious. If you want to try out different foods then the normal run of the mill items on a menu, check this place out.

Such an authentic place I thought i.was in Ireland for a short period of time. Our bartender was great at service and for the price it was almost unbelievable. I had the best sandwich ive ever eaten even though I forgot what it was called. It was like a pit roast corn beef and cabbage type thing. It was so good I could eat 5 even though it was very filling. I had a great lunch break here and will return any time I’m in the area. I strongly suggest this place to anyone who comes by.

One of my favorite restaurants ever. I love everything I have ordered from here. The fish and chips were probably my favorite though, it reminds me of the fish at 3 broom sticks at Universal Islands of adventure which is my favorite restaurant at any amusement park (sorry forgot to take a picture). Staff have been friendly and quick both times I have been here.

Cute little Irish pub with a public parking lot near by. The interior is similar to a pub I visited in Navan Ireland with dark early tones and similar decor. There is outdoor seating as well as many different seating options inside (booths, high tops, bar seating). The pub is well kept and clean. The staff were friendly. The menu has lots of authentic English style pub grub.. bangers and mash, shepherds pie, fish n chips, etc. The seasonal drink menu had a nice selection or different cocktails. I had the daily special (filet, brussels and boxty ie potato pancakes) everything came out delicious. recommended

Really cute Irish pub in the middle of downtown Lancaster. The fish was good but could have had a little more flavor. The chips were really overcooked. The bartender acted a little annoyed when we walked in and asked to be seated at the bar. However, she made fantastic drinks

Had a wonderful time at O’Huids for dinner last night. The pub is beautifully decorated. The music & the atmosphere was so fun! Wasn’t super crowded when we were there, but a really nice vibe. I recommend trying the Blackberry Mistress, whether you’re there for lunch of dinner. I could see this being a really neat hangout place if I was more local. (Visiting from Texas). I’d definitely come back. And I would definitely recommend folks check this place out! It’s fantastic!!

We loved the look and feel of this little place! The bartender/hostess was really inviting and pleasant and was sat right away. It did take about 10-15 minutes to be greeted by our server. She didn’t give her name but she was really sweet. We ordered the street corn dip as an appetizer and a burger with house made chips. I can’t recall what it was called but it came with onion straws, candied bacon and Bleu cheese. We subbed cheddar cheese for the Bleu cheese.
The street corn had really good flavor, however, it was barely warm and the housemade tortilla chips were really chewy and stale. The table behind us had the same complaint, so the waitress requested the kitchen make new tortilla chips. Unfortunately, these were burnt and not edible.
The burger was cooked well but lacked on the toppings. There were only 3-4 very small onion straws on the burger and 1 small piece of bacon that tasted more like a heavily peppered bacon, instead of candied bacon. The housemade chips were also over cooked and not edible.
I also ordered their “Lover” cocktail of their Taylor Swift inspired drink menu. This took about 30 minutes to receive. It had Vanilla Vodka, Chambord, Rum Chata, Raspberry, Lemon and cream. It was a very pretty drink but lacked flavor. I tasted plain vodka and some Chambord but it lacked any Vanilla flavor and Rum Chata.
There was 1 table of 4 when we arrived. Another couple came in about 15-20 minutes after us and another couple about 40 minutes after that. There was only 1 guest at the bar.

Quite the Gaelic experience. Loved the menu choices on the drinks. A lot of draft beers and a large bar on the side. Outside seating is optional. Its dark inside but very eclectic, it sets the overall experience. Can’t wait to go back.
