I had zero issues with my visit. I was served hot, fresh coffee and a nice big doughnut within minutes of entering. Place was clean and brightly lighted. Seating available. Lots of parking spaces in back. Pleasant help. ♿️

How is it possible that I was eating at the Harrison location and after a while wanted to use the restroom, and they told me it was only for employees? Then when I complained they told me bathroom was broken. It’s definitely illegal for customers to use it. There are people with medical conditions who need to use it; in my own opinion, I am diabetic.

My girlfriend and I ordered some breakfast items and some drinks and they were prepared quickly and in good quality compared to other experiences! I will be returning again!

The service is terrible, almost the entire staff is rude and unable to get an order correct. 2 days in a row they messed up my order 2 days in a row they tried to argue my order wasnt incorrect, gave me a flavor coffee im allergic to, then the cashier angrily took the drink back remade it 3/4 full and handed it back to me. When i said i cant have this you made it in the same cup that had the coffee IM allergic to he argues that its fine as he rinsed it. I have never encountered such poor customer service. The audacity to argue with a customer saying you made their coffee that they get daily right when it’s completely wrong is baffling. Idk how dunkin donuts corporate allows this. And no bathroom? How is that allowed?

I ordered a small hot coffee, french vanilla unsweetened, with three regular sugars.
When I was handed the coffee the tag on the cup said

3 black

I took a sip of the coffee it didn’t tastes like any sugar was in it. This is the second time at this location that this has happened. The coffee is black so it’s hot, you’re not going to find out there’s no sugar in the coffee until it’s 10 minutes later and coffee has cooled down and now it’s too late, who’s going to drive back 10 minutes later for some sugar. There is clearly a language barrier. If you look at the diagram above you see that it says (3 black), that’s not a real thing

My husband, kids and I were leaving for a roadtrip and stopped to pick up food that we preordered. Not only was it not ready, but they told my husband he couldn’t use the bathroom!! I have never in my life been to a Dunkin where they won’t let you use the bathroom. I live in town and assure you we will never be returning. Unacceptable and disgraceful.

Typical dunkin in every way, except you cannot use the restroom. The management is happy to tell you they are within their legal right not to offer a public restroom because they have under a certain amount of seating. I’m also within my right to give this review.

I work in Harrison, NY and stop at Dunks every morning except when my 88 year old grandmother was diagnosed with lung and bone cancer in June of 2019 . I began to travel back and forth to Pennsylvania to care for her and eventually I was gone for about a month and in that time she died and after the funeral I returned home and then back to work. My first day back I ordered my usual coffee and wraps for breakfast. When I picked up my order , the employees wrote a message on my cup.
” Welcome back” and “We missed you”….thank you ❤ I was numb that day but your little bit of love helped make my first day back a little easier. I was definitely “Runnin on Dunkin” ..thank you so much for your simple gesture, it made my day when I needed it the most

I come here occasionally when I’m walking through the area with my daughter because she likes the donut holes but I never buy anything else here. The coffee I’ve had in the past is not good and I don’t eat sweets. Their donuts are probably good. The staff is friendly enough but the ambiance here is terrible. It’s very sterile, boring and there are only a few small tables.
