The staff here is friendly and attentive. They seem to enjoy their jobs and aren’t afraid to have fun with customers. So, for service, this location is top notch.
The store really needs a good cleaning. Every table was dirty. There were food crumbs and greasy spots everywhere. I was in the store for well over an hour and they were not busy. However, during that time, an empty food container sat on one table and an order number sat on another. Even when the servers brought our food and retrieved our number, they didn’t clean the lobby. I also had difficulty locating the trashcan as there is only one in the lobby.
The food was okay. I had a Frisco Burger combo with curly fries. The fries were overcooked and the edges of the burger were burnt. The Frisco Burger is easily my favorite burger of all time, so I’ve eaten a lot of them. This one was not good.
Overall, not a terrible experience, but could use some improvements. I hope management uses this review as a teaching opportunity, and I’ll see you next time!

I gave 5 stars because, I have continuing issues with employees refusing to add tomatoes or pickles to my sandwhiches even though I offer to pay for it. However it’s a simple misunderstanding, the employees are going by the rules which is no substitutions…and the general manager and other managers fix the issue and always make it right. The food is always hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean. Great place to eat!

I ordered a Frisco burger combo. The Frisco burger came with a normal bun on the bottom. The curly fries came kind of warm. The meat did not even taste real good. For over ten bucks, Go somewhere else skip this Hardee’s. I have been here before with the same results, as I pass through often. I will not be back.

Very calm and relaxed Place. One of the few that I’ve seen in recent years. Would love to be able to stop at more of them but they just don’t have that many around. Relaxed atmosphere down to business but yet the employees were sitting and laughing with us. Awesome awesome Place overall.

I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes only for my order to be wrong and the fries were cold and stale. Nobody moved at all for the 1st 15 min. The person who took my order didnt read it back to me which is probably why it was wrong. They didn’t apologize for the wait or the wrong order. They need to learn what customer service is

So I was traveling through town on my daily drive and I found myself getting hungry. So I decided to go through the drive thru of Hardee’s. I ordered my usual double monster thick burger combo with Dr. Pepper no ice and curly fries.
The burger was amazing like always. The meat was juicy, it was stacked with bacon, and the melted cheese and sauce was too die for! The drink was just as tp be expected, a regulr Dr. Pepper fountain drink.
I had to wait a few minutes for the curly fries. This was ok though, as I knew i was going to be getting fresh made curly fries. Which are my favorite! However when I got my fries, it looked like they had uses some fries from the very bottom of the bag. The fries were all crushed and broken into mostly small pieces. They taste fresh though, but i was still disappointed that they were in pieces.
Overall a nice location. I did not go inside but the drive thru was quick, easy, and the staff seemed friendly. Only thing preventing a 5 star review would be the smashed curly fries.

I hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in several years because there aren’t any where we live, but stopping at the Fennimore Hardee’s was a wonderful experience. The cashier was attentive and courteous, and I ordered a roast beef sandwich that was juicy and delicious. If you are looking for a quick meal in this area I would definitely recommend the Hardee’s in Fennimore.

We ordered food and the cashier wouldn’t smile and was very rude!!! Didn’t have some of the things we ordered and our food was cold there is probably a reason they don’t get much business!!! Hire people that are respectful and actually care about there jobs!!!

A shame this place closed down after so many years as Fennimore doesn’t have a ton of fast food choices to begin with. I stopped by about a month ago and their food and service was solid. Great chicken tenders. Two weeks later I stopped at the Hardee’s in Prairie Du Chien and had undercooked chewy tenders so on the way back out of town (we live in Milwaukee) when we got to Fennimore it was notable to us that all of a sudden their sign was gone and a note was on the door thanking patrons for years of patronage. Thanks for the good food, Fennimore Hardee’s.

Very friendly. However when all 3 orders come out wrong and overloaded with minced garlic to the point we dump our full lunch in the trash. Probs should listen and focus a little better in the kitchen. Staff friendliness was above and beyond though. Just slow down focus and put out quality. That drive thru time will shrink I promise. Fast food has a very specific production process although it dont always make sense. I learned GMing Wendys follow those steps and the books yall have plenty of time to go out for an extra smoke, clean that stainless steel kitchen, etc.
