I have visited this establishment, several times, when I would visit my relatives. Since it is closely located to Walmart, I would come here, to grab my lunches, before shopping. They have a good selection of options for burritos or bowls. Those options, too, are quite delicious. Of course, without meal options, they have a good selection of drink fountain options. Nevertheless, the meal options could get pricey, especially with add-ons. So I would recommend visit to this restaurant, when discretionary funds are available. Still, the establishment, in itself is quite neat. There is ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the staff members, at least during my visits, were helpful and attentive. So, if anyone is in High Desert, and wants to try burritos, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. It is located close to Palmdale Road, and in the same area as Walmart.

They completely give cold food. Not enough food for what you pay for. I ordered tacos to go. Meat on the side so I could put the meat on at home. The meat didnt cover the entire shell. Definitely need corporate number or write the president’s of Chipotle

I’ve been here multiple times and I have to say I’ve always been disappointed. This time I will not be going back. I’ve always purchased the same thing a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream, and a chicken bowl every time I purchase that same exact burrito it’s always a different price. Ranging from 4, 5, now 9 dollars and change. It’s ridiculous how a bean and cheese burrito with very little beans can cost almost 10 dollars almost the same price as a full bowl . Not only that they will only serve you very little, this place is very greedy with their food. The customer service is horrible they need a lot of training in that area. The girls that work there look miserable and when you ask them a question about what you are paying for they get upset. keyword ( what I’m paying for) . I asked why the bean and cheese burrito was that much she said because of the sour cream, well I didn’t know sour cream was a luxury item there. I can purchase a whole container of sour cream for a couple dollars, so don’t get sour cream on your items they will charge you significantly.
Highly disappointed and will not return.

It is a typical Chipotle establishment! This one is conveniently located close to Walmart near Palmdale Road, in Victorville! In 2020, when I would visit my relatives in High Desert, during COVID-19 lockdowns, I would order take out food, through Uber Eats, from this establishment. At that time, the meals were well made, and delivered on time. So, at the end of 2024, during Holiday season, I came to visit this establishment again. Oh boy, I was not disappointed. The meals, that I would order, were quite delicious, and well-made. At the same time, the lines, inside the restaurant, were moving fast. Of course, I cannot forget to mention, the staff members were courteous and helpful. Not only staff members were courteous, the tables, too, were neat, and there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy food. Of course, price wise, it could get expensive, especially their brisket bowls. Still, I did not mind paying the price, since meals were well-made. So, if anyone is in High Desert, specifically Victorville area, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. The meals, themselves, are worth the visit!

I have been to a few other locatiions but this one is the best. Nicolette was very friendly and had great customer service. The portion size was well worth the money. Thank you Nicolette I will definitely be coming back.

I forgot to take a pic of the dining room but the place was extremely messy for it to be at least six people just standing around, getting paid. The manager literally just standed there hovering over the guacamole like she had to protect it at all cost. She policed the cheese and guacamole like they weren’t just sued for being skimpy on the servings, I literally got half a spoon of guacamole for my barely cheese quesadilla this location needs help, manager needs to be retrained immediately!
P.S. the rice and beans sucked!

this is the worst experience i’ve had at this chipotle, at the start i asked for 1 soft taco and then i got all the normal ingredients i got normally and then when it came to pay i told them it was a soft taco and the didn’t believe me and i was forced to pay for the full price of a bowl and they didn’t even check and i said that the lady at the front said it was a taco but the rude male at the cashier yelled at me and gave me no other choice to pay for the bowl the worker that did this did not wear a name tag and but was wearing a mask. this is the worst experience ever!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent family order. I had requested a carnitas bowl, and while ordering other items, I did not carefully check the bowl, assuming it would be prepared as requested. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my bowl contained only a small amount of carnitas, resulting in what was essentially a rice and bean bowl. This was rather disheartening, particularly considering the price, as I had anticipated a more substantial portion of protein.

Ok so I’ve had food from this new location 3 times so far. Visit 1 was in person and taken home to eat. Everything about that visit was great. Visit 2 was delivery by a 3rd party app…pro-tip…I personally won’t use chipotles own delivery service because if anything goes wrong (and it has) with your order there is zero customer service to help. Stores will say call corporate because they have no control over the app and guess what…there is no customer service at corporate. Ok so back to order 2…3rd party service. The order was made correctly however the steak was so heavily salted it was like a salt lick…or what I’d imagine pure salt to taste like since I haven’t licked a horses salt wheel before. This was on the level of a lid coming off the shaker and dumping on the grill. Way beyond a personal preference issue. It wasn’t edible and it went into the trash and I ate cheese and crackers for dinner because I was so over it. The 3rd party app gave me some partial credit to fix it…glad I used a 3rd party service. Ok now to fridays order #3. This order also came from a 3rd party app. The steak was seasoned as one would expect and I was so relieved. Then as I’m eating I’m having to spit out pieces. Fat, fat, gristle. When I eat chipotle I expect the napkins to be for wiping the globs of sourcream and guacamole off my face as I’m chowing down…not for spitting out pieces of the meat. 2/3 of the meat (steak) was in a huge pile of napkins when I was done. Now this bowl was a carnitas with extra steak added…so I still had the pork and therefore had something to eat…planned ahead after the previous salt problem and made sure I had 2 proteins. However…now I’m getting to the bottom of my bowl and there is something weird in my food. A BIG BAY LEAF! I’m assuming this was part of the seasoning for the carnitas however YOU MUST FISH THEM OUT AFTER COOKING…THEY ARE NOT EDIBLE! Photos attached. Don’t worry I spared you pics of the pile of half chewed fat and grisle steak and just did pics of the giant bay leaf…you will just have to take my word on the steak part.
So 1 for 3 is not good. If you were a football team I’d bet against you.
Chipotle is one of my favorites if not favorite fast food so I’m incredibly disappointed.
To management…
QUALITY CONTROL is a huge part of training your cooks! Fat and grisle should be trimmed off after cooking not fed to your paying customers. Half the meat being fat and grisle means half that customers money was being wasted in the name of more profit? I imagine a restaurant makes more money when they serve scrap meat as filler? If that’s not what you intended then fix it!
I’m aware that most chipotle stores are corporate owned so this is on you.
Pay more attention…
Do better
Be better
You aren’t cheap chipotle and it’s a lot of money to waste if customers can’t eat the food they paid for.
And for you…it’s a customer that may not ever return.
I’m not sure that going in person would have made any difference since the order is made by the store and put in bags that are taped shut with stickers so none of this was on the delivery service who only act as drivers. But maybe if I’d seen for myself the fat hunks in the bin in person I might have known to choose something else.
But I expect consistent product when I pay…and moreover I should be able to expect that no matter how I order my food, in person or for delivery, that care will be taken with my food and it’s preparation.
It is not unreasonable to expect quality for my money.
So chipotle…MAKE ME WANT TO COME BACK!
Update…sending form replies that take us to surveys isn’t making me want to come back just saying

Today I ordered a steak burrito extra meat and a 3 taco plate they didn’t have the cost on the menu board how much extra meat would have been. The burrito itself cost almost $13.00 and for the extra steak meat was an additional $5.70 found that out at the cash register the lady that prepare my Tacos put the corn Shells in the tray and just Through the ingredients in rather they got in the shell or not. Wasn’t neat about it at all. The lady at the register seems as if she didn’t know how to count. Will not be going back no way soon and if do I will not be getting any extra meat. It’s not worth it.
