Came here after I left the yelm subway that was infested and really glad I did. Alberto was great, service was friendly and inviting, food also tasted just as great as the service I received here. Even though this place is 45 minutes out of way, will definitely be back again. Place was clean as well.

Put in an online order, estimated time for it to be ready was 20 min. When we got there the kid they had working, Anthony, hadn’t even started the order and laughed about it and said he wouldnt be starting any time soon. Then made comments about how it was a big order and then folded the receipt and pushed it to the side. Then threatened to cancel our order while we were standing there. MIND YOU, HE WASNT MAKING ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS FOOD AT THE TIME! Most unprofessional crap. Then when we asked for something in writing saying that his manager, Rose, said she would refund the money he refused. Funny thing is he marked the order as picked up in the app but hadn’t even started it. This subway may be down the road from our house but I will gladly drive somewhere else so I won’t have to deal with that poor customer service. Sucks too because usually the staff there is amazing. But as long as Anthony has a job there, I wouldn’t recommend going.

Maria made the best tuna sandwich I have had in a very long time. Every time I go to this location for lunch, they are always so nice. Maria has made my sandwiches a few times now and she hits it out of the park with quality everytime. Thank you again Maria!

Ordered a flat bread tuna sandwich. Its definitely flat. The bread is as thick as a tortilla in parts. Barely any vegetables. Partial eaten sandwich in photo (sorry) but it’s just. Sad.

Ordered 2 sandwiches through the mobile app. Wanted them to be ready to pick up after work. I got there and the sandwiches were ready to be picked up. The sandwich had spinach on it. The spinach was rotten. I would have gone back and had them remake the sandwich but i live almost 20 minutes away. I was not going to load up and go back to wait for another 15 minutes for my sandwich to be remade and then drive back home. It would have added an extra hour to my night. We just threw them away and made dinner. Definitely will not be eating here again. I would recommend checking your food before you leave if it is a mobile order.

Nice, small, efficient sandwich shop. Very little room to sit down. Mainly orientated for takeout. Better than average sandwiches that are fairly customizable. The staff here have always been pleasant.

Ordered an Ultimate BMT on the app. Somehow, after checking out it randomly changed my order to a Baja Chipolte Chicken. I tried to call and explain what happened but the phone didnt get answered and when I arrived they told me they couldnt fix it. Not blaming the subway as much as I am the app.

I order through the app and always ask for my subs toasted, but have received them cold twice now. I know the toaster oven is not broken too, because today, only 1 of the 3 subs came toasted. My receipt (digital and physical) clearly say toasted for all of the sandwiches. On top of this, I always tip through the app, and it feels like I’m encouraging this substandard behavior.

This is the best Subway I’ve ever been at!!! The service is superb— Rose is a longtime employee and she is just a gem! The food is always fresh and they never get our orders wrong. You can get great deals by using the app Thanks, Rose for always brightening our day❣️
