Food is always great, and they’re very friendly and usually get my order right. But last 2 times I’ve asked for a side of ranch (while ordering, not afterwards) that I didn’t get, and they really could be a little less stingy with the bags when there’s multiple small containers like any of the cakes/pies and anything with chili and cheese or something cuz those buggers are difficult to get from the car to the house by yourself, especially when you also have a bag with other food and drinks too…

Customers beware!! They aren’t charging what the menu prices are. When confronted the “manager” stated he don’t have any control over the prices and can’t do anything about it their “system” over charging. Two country fried steak sandwiches, an order of jumping jack fries, and a large drink according to the menu should be 15.46 plus taxes. They charged 18.06 plus taxes totalling 19.69. Then whenever showed them they said I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do, corporate does that. And wouldn’t give me the store manager or owners phone number or take my number and have them call me to discuss it.. THEY’RE SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH THE PRICES ON THE MENU ONE PRICE THEN CHARGING A HIGHER PRICE..

Everything was great the first time that I ordered from here a few weeks ago. I did a $46.00 order Friday night. When we got home the burgers were supposed to be dressed all the way but they only had mayo lettuce and tomato. I got Cajun fries n all 5 packs were burnt to a crisp, they couldn’t be eaten. Got cheese sticks and they were burnt to where there were no cheese in them. I called bumpers n told them how bad the food was n the night manager told me to call back tonight when she would be back at work and she would replace the food. I call like I was told to do n she is going to tell me that they can not give food away. I’m not trying to get free food just trying to get my $46.00 worth of food that could be eat. I will be getting ahold of corp about this. Thank you n everyone please be aware of bumpers because they sure don’t care to keep customers.

Well I was gonna give the food a 5 but they have slightly gone down hill alil. There burgers are no longer as big as the the buns.. one pickle… Only a drop or two of mayonnaise? What’s really going on here? Deflation at its best. But the staff was very kind and courteous always sweet and easy to talk to.

Bumper’s is top notch fast food. Wayyy faster than SONIC might I add. The sweet tea is off the chain good. The double cheeseburger will hit the spot every time. The Philly cheese steak is always good. ENJOY!!!
