The sauces all tasted the same. Calzone and spaghetti sauce. It had a very strong taste that was very unusual. Maybe it was over seasoned that day. They were not very friendly that day, maybe they were tired.

I love this restaurant! It is one of WV hidden gems. If you are driving through Mt. Hope and want to try something different and homemade. They have an amazing spaghetti, and there house salad dressing is my favorite! Great service with friendly staff every time we go. I tell family and friends about this place all the time. You just don’t find many places like this one anymore.

Very clean and friendly staff, however nothing like it was compared to previous owners. House dressing wasn’t good at all and dishes we ordered (spaghetti with marinara, Ziti with marinara, and chicken fingers) weren’t very good at all. Fries and desserts were good though. Prices were high as well…it was $60 for the three of us.

The staff is great. I usually order Italian and it’s always great. But on Wednesday the special was stuffed chicken breast. It was delicious but the portion was too small for the price. Taste was good. definitely not enough food. Won’t order that again. Will stick with the large order of spaghetti.

It was okay. Our server was great, very attentive and personable. The atmosphere is very cute, Italian diner style. The cheese fries were delicious. Calamari was a little over cooked but the marinara sauce was the best I’ve ever had. My youngest son loved the spaghetti and I thought the Alfredo was good, very flavourful. Some of the food arrived at our table, luke warm and no dessert was available. Overall the experience and food was pleasant. They were very busy and we ordered our entrée at the same time we ordered the appetizers; so, I feel the timing could be the reason for the food not being as hot as we’d have liked. We will be back in the future for another try.

Very pleasant surprise. The service was great and the food was good and very flavorful. We only have one complaint. There was music playing over speakers in the dining area ceiling and different music playing behind the counter. We could hear them both plainly and dissonance was grating. Good music + different good music = terrible sound. Turn off one of the radios and you’ll get the 5th star.

One of the best Italian food I ever had. Staff is friendly and it seemed like local people frequently dine here and that people are humble and good. Food tasted fresh and great. Quality is great as well. If you are travelling on the highway or nearby, definitely worth driving there to eat.

Absolutely lovely place to eat! The food is delicious at a very reasonable price. I’ve been to Giuseppe’s twice now, and it has been a wonderful experience each time. I highly recommend their house salad dressing and eggplant parm.

The food is really bland. My ravioli was chewy, not tender at all. The marinara tasted like generic tomato sauce. Our server wrote down the correct order, but brought out the wrong sauce for the ravioli and forgot the fries for another meal. All in all, just a poor experience for the same price as other Italian places. Approx. $50 for 3 of us. We won’t be going back.
