Went from Sugar to shit. The sandwiches used to be well stacked with meat and add-ons, now all they give you is mostly bread! I used to think it was a once in a while thing, however I’m thinking it must be a deliberate cut back to cut cost, however their prices stayed the same. Only thing is great is the delivery service, I suggest Jersey Mike’s or the new Potbelly sandwich shop if you want a good quality sub with all the trimmings and not half assed

I picked up dinner on my way home, only to discover once there that my #12 turkey sandwich had no meat on it. Tried to call to report the issue, but they never answered the phone, and there is no other way to report a problem on their app or website. Driving back through rush hour traffic to go in person is the kind of hassle I was trying to avoid by picking up dinner to go. Do better, Jimmy Johns.

Walked in at 8:50. Girl with pink hair just sitting in the front booth buried on her cell phone. Thought she was a customer but she slowly walked over behind the counter and just looked at me, so I said hi as it didn’t seem she was too happy I was there. I ordered a toasted sub, she turned and said something under her breath to a kid with a pony tail and he instantly looked up and said “I just turned the toaster off, we close in like 9 minutes, sorry” .. I just ordered a cold sub and left. But I echo the other reviews. Employees aren’t great here. Don’t want or expect anything. Just would want to know if this were my business. I get that I came in close to closing time, but you should still be able to service customers during posted hours.

I just visited and brought 5 hoagies for my family on Thursday. They staff were nice but the hoagies were so terrible. Each persons hoagies was so rushed and sloppy and was a waste of money. For example, mine had barely any lettuce and 3 tomatoes just slapped on mayo. It was just a sloppy mess. My family will not want these again.

Seemed to be the owner that took my order, he was very short with his answers as I seemed to be bothering him making sure two items I am allergic to was not on my sandwich.
Got back to the office to enjoy my lunch, looked down to see a black strand of hair (same color hair as the guy making the sandwiches) in between the lettuce of the unwrap.

So I love Jimmy John’s. But in the fort mill area it’s been really hard to find one that makes good sandwiches at the quality you’d expect from JJs. This location was the exception. But the last couple times I’ve been there they have been very inconsistent. Today was exceptionally bad. It was the quality you’d expect from a McDonald’s. My sandwich looked like it was punched or in someone’s back pocket while they fell down a mountain. The bacon looked like it was smashed in someone’s hand before putting it on the sandwich. There’s also been several times where sandwich toppings from other sandwiches end up on sandwiches that didn’t order those toppings (Mayo from someone’s hand on a slim 4 and my wife hates the stuff) lastly, this one’s petty but also frustrating. But a few times I’ve ordered a sandwich with the cut in half option checked and they never do. I guess it’s taken as a suggestion? But if you don’t want to do it, don’t put the checkbox on the site. This location needs some serious attention from management. I’d be embarrassed to call this my store. Photo added of my sandwich. Hope this place’s consistency is restored. Especially how much they charge for a sandwich these days.

Great spot for a quick meal. Service is super fast. Sandwiches are ok. I’m vegan so there weren’t many choices for me to pick from. Ordered the veggie (#6) on French bread with no cheese or mayonnaise. Not much flavor. The guacamole made it tolerable. My family, who aren’t vegan, says the sandwiches are really good.

I work at an office at Riverwalk in Rock Hill. The closest Jimmy John’s is the Fort Mill location. This is my 2nd time here, and my last. Since I ordered/purchased my sub via their app, the gentleman at the register who gave me my food was not particularly friendly. On my cumbersome drive back to Rock Hill, I guessed he may have been the manager due to his stoic disposition: no eye contact, no niceties exchanged, and an overall feeling of being rushed out. Kinda off-putting, to say the least. My sub was decent; my pickle was on the shriveled side. At this point, I’ll drive the extra miles to Jimmy John’s on Herlong.

I work real close to Jimmy John’s. I ordered a sandwich in time to have lunch. I only have 30 minutes, it arrived after lunch time. I tried calling numerous times only to be hung up on or no answer! Freaky SLOW .

Ordered online from the 160 location at 3:55PM and order said delivered at 4:30PM. I called the store 5x and there was no answer. So i had to drive into the store and they have 4 teenagers were there standing around. I asked for the manager and he said someone took the phone off the hook. I asked for a refund because my order wasn’t delivered. He told me he couldn’t refund me because the order was settled. He did offer to remake the sandwiches, that was fine but I asked for the tip and delivery fees to be refunded since I had to come to the store. He said he couldn’t do that. I think it’s ridiculous this store doesn’t have a general manager and all teenagers working who cant resolved simple issues. I wont be returning especially after not getting my food nor my refund. The owner needs to hire better!!
