Decided to try the Victoria’s Sapphire Tea service. The atmosphere, the service, was outstanding. It was the food that I had an issue with. Not sure it was a lack of experience or just the way “it’s done here”, but of the items served (besides the tea), 1 was made on site. It was disappointing, esp for the money paid. The presentation was spot on though.

I’m a regular here and usually study. Yesterday, I arrived around 8 PM, planning to order later. However, one of your employees approached our table and rudely asked, “Are you going to order something?” The tone was off-putting. He implied he would kick us out if we didn’t order immediately, even though we’ve never had issues with ordering a bit later after getting some work done. His rudeness was disappointing.

I have tried the same drink at 3 out of 4 Teazers locations. But the tea from this location tasted water down and not as sweet as others. FYI, there will be extra charge for extra sweetener. Even with extra sweetener, it’s still not as good. I have gone to this location many times because it’s near my house but i don’t want to pay $8 for a water down and bland drink. So sad that the tea taste different here 🙁

Absolutely delicious!!! Very great environment! Customer service was excellent! The place is extremely clean, very nicely decorated. GREAT environment! This was my first time here and honestly I cannot wait to come back!! I highly recommend it, my overall expense was truly the best! Definitely my new favorite tea/coffee place from now on!!
