Only my first time at this branch. Anna Rose was at the window today. She was great! Very welcoming and seemed knowledgeable about the menu. Quick service. In and out of the drive through in no time.

The wait time on chicken all the time is completely outrageous. Put in order in for take out while I order some chicken to eat while I waited they said it would be 20 mins. That’s fine I go up to pick the chicken up they tell me it’s going to be another 20 mins that they have to prep it mean while they have 15 pieces of chicken in the trough I said I can’t just get 8 of whatever you got they said no it will be 20-30 mins

Apparently, the manager is unable to plan ahead for a Friday night enhanced by being Halloween. Expecting a customer to wait 30+ minutes for a simple order is unreasonable.

Well the first day went well in line but the cashier had problems with the entering my order in which case I understood but after that the problem begin. I ordered a 4 piece spicy dark, but it was mixed. The chicken was cold or mediocre at best. The mash potatoes had very little gravy and it was a large. The guy who waited on me with several people helping him didn’t recognized that I also ordered a Cajun rice in which case they didn’t have.
I ordered it to go but he pressed it for here. The woman who bagged my order was a bit confuse about bagging my order. Oh and I was the 3rd person in line. So for me the service was a blah because to many missteps in the very beginning. Popeyes do better.

I ordered through door dash. I ordered a 6 piece regular, and a six piece bone in wing. I received 6 tenders and 6 boneless wings. No refund. That was my second and last time eating there.

Im from south teaxas and tohere for a event and let me tell u thus is the best Popeyes ive ever been to , the staff were very friendly, the place was super clean and the srvice was great , plus the foid taste way better herthe the one by where i live, i only hope our Popeyes someday gets to atleast half the standard this one has
