I ordered the turkey tom unwhich on doordash and they sent me this 5 inch wrap. Cost me over $17. Worst portion/price ratio I’ve seen. They don’t tell you on doordash how big the sandwich is supposed to be (terrible) but I know it should be at least 6 inches. I left a review on doordash and they haven’t replied. They’re not gonna get me a refund. I’ve always been a huge Jimmy John’s advocate. Love the sandwiches and at a good price. But now I’m going to avoid them and tell everyone they’re gross and expensive

It’s not worth the money. Bad customer service. Food doesn’t even come close to what it should look like or taste like. Takes over an hour if you get it delivered. Nothing fast about it and it is freaky. Freaky how bad the sandwiches are.

I never put in a survey based off a one time experience but I have yet to have a positive experience this location. This particular instance I placed a pickup order almost thirty minutes before arriving. I waited in the store almost another twenty minutes. People came in, ordered, and left before a team member asked me if I had a pickup. If the store can not accommodate pickups at peak times the feature should be disabled.
There needs to be management in place that can create a consistent process for the consumer.

At 7:15pm I ordered 2 #9s with guacamole, the sandwich did not have guacamole on it. Not a big deal, it’s an honest mistake and I ordered close to closing time. I got through half of my sandwich and and pulled a piece of what looked like plastic wrap out of my mouth. At first I thought maybe it was like meat skin or something but upon further inspection and a second opinion it was with out a doubt PLASTIC. I felt sick, I’ve never found actual garbage in my food before. I examined the rest of the sandwich and luckily that was the only piece of garbage that made it’s way into my food. By the time I made this discovery it was already 8pm and I assumed they had closed. I will be calling in the morning to request a refund or some other form of compensation. I don’t leave reviews on places but this could’ve been hazardous to my health if I hadn’t noticed and accidentally swallowed it.

I came by on May 6, 2025 around 4pm. The Prep Cooks and Line Cooks were touching their face, pants, hats etc. before touching people’s ready-to-eat food. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. I would love to come back and check in, but I don’t feel safe eating here with the germs of peoples face on my food. I walked out before making a purchase.

Update : JJ responded with email us but then doesn’t do anything about it ….Sandwiches were okay . The service was poor . The staff were not well kept in appearance . No one washed their hands before putting gloves on . Then instead of sanitizing the cutting board several employees used their gloves hands to wipe the cutting board crumbs back into the food they put on the sandwiches . Umm cross contamination !?! Also , super dirty . Six young employees standing around going super slow to get things done . Won’t be returning to this location .
