Just got food from here no more than 10 minutes ago, I get home open my food, my two soft shell supreme tacos are very soggy the I can hardly eat them without repulsing. I also had ordered two REGULAR nacho cheese Dorrito locos and they made them supreme which is not what we wanted. The only thing that came out right and that was some what edible for us was the chicken quesadilla but even that was folded in half with the other taco toppings on it. I feel as if they need to take their time and look at the receipt better.

Typically I love the food-but when my order was wrong I tried calling them and its one am so they were not busy and twice with no answer. The AI ordering had my order correct but when I got home they forgot half the stuff and it wasnt even busy. I cant even use the taco bell app for it

This location needs to teach ask the other stores how to make a bean burrito!!! Every other store you get one end with a bite of red sauce, and cheese (1/4 of the burrito)… then the rest of the burrito is dry beans. This location, you get everything in every bite. So if I’m not close to this spot while on my route, I dont eat lunch.

This location sucks was the only person in the building took like 20+ minutes and there was at least 6 people working in there everyone that walked in after me got their food first and im talking about every doordash and mobile orders imaginable and yes I let them know that I haven’t gotten my food and still took forever.

This taco bell is always slow with mobile orders. Me and my girlfriend ordered at the same time, and there was almost a 30min difference between us. Staff just told me to give them a sec. Sure they were short handed, sure taco bell doesn’t pay them enough

Service is usually pretty good, I visit this tbell frequently. Every once in a while, they will get a modification completely wrong, or just ignore it. I think tbell in general deserves a knock because of how expensive it has gotten, they have erased a bunch of their value items.

We ordered 4 items. 2 steak quesadillas with extra steak and 2 grilled cheese steak burritos, no rice with extra steak. The cashier was rude. The quesadillas had less steak than a normal one would have and no sauce. I don’t even know what the burrito is that they gave us but it certainly isn’t what we ordered. This was our first time visiting this location and I don’t see us recommending it.

This Taco Bell is horrible as an old employee you should greet the guest within 30 seconds of pulling up to the window instead the drive through lady stared at us instead of getting our money and giving us our drinks mind you that is all we ordered and had to wait 3 minute in which time 2 other cars pulled up and we never got our order. I will never go to the grape road Taco Bell again I prefer the McKinley Taco Bell they know how to treat there customers. The manager on shift wasn’t delightful either she was very rude and disrespectful.
