Nice place for all you can eat hot pot, decent choice of ingredients. All ingredients are very flesh. Service is good and quick. We came back two days in a row.

This visit was really disappointing. First, the sauce and condiment area had very limited options, and many common condiments were missing. Compared to most hot pot restaurants, the selection was extremely poor.

The food was also served very slowly. After ordering, we had to wait a long time just to get a small amount of food, and the dishes kept coming out one by one at a very slow pace, which completely ruined the dining experience. What’s worse is that the portions were very small. Waiting that long for such small portions made the value feel very low.

On top of that, the ingredients didn’t seem very fresh. Both the appearance and taste made us question the freshness. Overall, not a good experience and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I was honestly quite disappointed with this restaurant. The plates they use for serving food are extremely small, and the portions coming from the kitchen are very limited each time. Even after finishing our meal, we still did not feel completely full, which was frustrating considering the price.

The overall presentation gives the impression that the quantity of food is intentionally reduced. The quality and amount of the ingredients served were not satisfying and left a poor impression.

That said, the older waitress who served us was very friendly and polite, and her attitude was appreciated. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for the small portions and underwhelming food experience.

I hope the restaurant can reconsider its portion sizes and improve the overall value for customers.

It was hard to stomach paying EVEN A PENNY at the end of our meal. We came in as a party of 5, and it was a disaster from start to finish.
There were only three parties in the entire restaurant, ours included, yet staff completely ignored us for 30 minutes. We were starving, but were never checked on or approached by staff. It was difficult to make eye contact with employees as they avoided our table. After never receiving items our table ordered, I eventually had to walk up to the counter, where our server had been idly standing, to ask where our food was. We were just stirring empty pots of soup.

Outside of service issues, portions are laughably small, to the point that one person could easily finish multiple plates immediately. For example, we first ordered some sausages. When they were brought out, the plate only had three. Again we were a party of five. So the next time we ordered sausages, we asked specifically for double the previous amount. We were then brought four. Great.

To make matters worse, even though we were clearly still hungry and they don’t close until 10 PM(time on the door of the building; I know google says 9) they just dropped the check and they didn’t take our order anymore. Across two hours, We were only able to order three rounds of food, and left just as hungry as we arrived.

Of course there is a forced 18% tip for the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We paid $34 per person and had to find more food elsewhere at 9 o’clock at night. Save your money and go to Homie Hotpot instead. Much better food quality, service, and quantity. This place is a joke.

I’ve been going to this restaurant quite often because it’s close to my place, but their service has deteriorated significantly over the past couple of months. The portion sizes, especially for seafood have been noticeably reduced. Service is extremely slow, and the staff often seem uninterested. I’ve also noticed what appears to be a racial bias in their behavior: customers who are white and/or Asian seem to receive faster service and larger portions. Overall, I’d recommend going downtown instead if you’re looking for good hotpot with better quantity and service.

I love this place !! The owners are this cute couple and they are so nice and attentive. They had so many people sitting down and they still managed to get to us when we needed stuff. It is a very good price for what you get and the food is so good and filling.

This was my very first hot pot exp. For a first timer this place in my opinion was enjoyable. Was all you can eat for 26$- person. We as in 2 of us ordered the whole menu and were there about 2hr. The selection was good. And the staffer was very friendly and refilled us in a very timely manner. They charge and auto 15% tip. And if your going to eat here I would call ahead to make sure they have stuff In stock. As they were out of some menu item’s which could lead to dissatisfaction if you do hot pot a lot. I still give them 5 stars because the service, the presentation and the overall exp was amazing!! Will definitely be going again.

This is my favorite HotPot Spot in the entirety of Btown. I’ve been going here for the last 3-4 years and the staff is like a second family in my eyes. They’ve always been beyond friendly, always welcoming myself, my friends, my husband. Ive tried many Hotspot places in town and surrounding areas, but this is the only one that feels like home-not just a business or restaurant. We ate there again today about an hour ago, and as usual the food was astounding and the staff amazing. ❤️ we love you guys!

We got sat down and waited 45 minutes to an hour before we got any kind of service. Finally got our drink order in around an hour into our experience, but still waiting for our food. After we put our order in, we waited around another 25 mins waiting for uncooked food to come to our table which is just ridiculous. 18% service charge is ridiculous considering our service was awful, and we couldn’t even order as much food as we wanted. We put in an order for a second round of food, and before it even arrived, our check came to the table. Felt like we were being rushed, but really I felt like we deserved at least two rounds of food considering the price point, and yet we still left unsatisfied. I shouldn’t have to feel guilt for staying for 3 hours, but they really need to improve their service.

My coworker and I stopped in for a 45-min lunch experience on a Fri and were immediately seated. Parking is super convenient in the large free lot it shares with several other businesses. This place was so perfect for a cold winter day! We couldn’t believe it wasn’t packed!

Samuel seemed to be the only employee on the floor but he was quick, hospitable, and very informative. We explained that we had never tried hot pot before so Samuel explained the menu, self-serve stations, & prep process. He also brought out our hot pot cart and cashed us out from the table.

If you’ve never tried hot pot before, you choose your broth and add ins that can be meats, seafoods, noodles, and veggies. (The garlic and cilantro from the sauce bar made my herbal broth FIRE!!!) The broth is then boiled on the table burners right in front of you within 60-seconds and then you can add your treats to cook. More dense foods take more time to cook but it all cooks so fast. You then ladle out some broth and fixings into your bowl to enjoy. Add more to your pot while you dine so it cooks while you enjoy your soup. The lobster balls were my favorite!

Definitely carve out an hour to properly enjoy your whole experience. We were kind of short on time and it was hard to hurry since everything was so hot. We opted for the $18.99 lunch special (11am-2pm) where you choose 2 meets and 5 add-ins. We were stuffed and so cozy afterwards. Warm fresh whole food ingredients. A steamy bowl in your face. And really just a fun interactive dining experience. We will be back all winter!
