I called to check if they were still open as it was 10min till closing but i was near. They took my order over the phone and had it ready when I got there 5mins later. The sandwich was perfectly made, my cookies were fresh and soft, and the staff was so sweet and kind!

I forgot to write my review, but a few months back my husband went and picked up an order that I placed on the app. I started eating my sandwich and out came a LONG black hair…… I called up there to let them know what happened and that I was coming back in for a refund. They told me “there’s nothing they can do about it”. Since then, I’ve never eaten there. Hair grosses me out. They need to consider picking their hair up so it doesn’t fall into peoples food.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! The workers were rude, and unprofessional. The food genuinely did not taste good. It tasted old, definitely not fresh. I do not recommend at all!! Jersey mikes is the way better alternative! I hope this subway gets shut down, or they learn how to treat their customers better, they are awful!

This restaurant used to be a professional, sanitary and welcoming environment. As of the past few months it has become an unsanitary mosh pit with unwelcoming music that makes it hard to even order your food. There has been several times that I have ordered a meatball sub and the food was unprepared or they would drop a meatball on the counter and put it back into the pot of meatballs and sauce. It is hard to communicate with the employees and they are constantly on their phones. This place really needs some oversight to fix the issues because I will not be eating there anytime soon.

Sat behind a car in drive thru line for 15 minutes. Finally get to the window and they closed it with a sign that says “drive thru is closed”. It’s also dirty and disgusting.

Went through the drive through and ordered my normal sandwich, when I got home I realized they had added shredded cheddar instead of mozzarella. Which isn’t a huge thing, but I don’t eat cheddar, so I called and they told me to come back and they would make me a new one. I said ok I’m on my way back. Mind you it’s 8:30pm at this point. They close at 9. As I was on my way back the guy called me again and said that he gave me what I asked for. I said no I asked for shredded mozzarella. And I told him I would be there in 5 minutes and he said we close in 5 minutes. And I told him sir I either want the sandwich I paid for or a refund and so I showed up and he tried to argue with me about what mozzarella cheese is. He said there’s mozzarella in the cheddar and I said sir I don’t want the cheddar I just want mozzarella. And he just slammed the window shut and the other lady brought my sandwich out.
I use this location a lot because of the drive through, but I have never been treated so rudely for wanting the sandwich I ordered. I won’t be back.
