Cashier was very friendly and quick. We got the munchies and stopped for a pop and some nachos while shopping.
The chips were great, the queso tasty and the pico de gala was the best I have had in a long time.
The tables were cafeteria style and clean. Fountain drink area was clean and stocked. The only “issue”. Was the garbage bins were over flowing.
Overall I would recommend.

For the carne asada bowl about $12, it’s not bad for this location at the Premium Outlet.
However the part of the rice felt crunchy uncooked or overcooked. Otherwise everything else were typical Chipotle, you pick what you like.

Horrible experience! After Christmas shopping we ordered online so we didn’t have to wait. We arrived and had 3 employees on phones doing nothing. Our order was late, they ran out of chips, brisket, sodas, all drinks. Every table was dirty and the trash area was overflowing yet they were just on FaceTime. The Manager Jesse literally gave me a cup for the fountain machine that did not work. And then said yeah it doesn’t work after I tried to get a drink. Other customers came in and just left. Very poorly run and gross place. After asking for a refund Jesse said I had to go online which I did and no response. See photos.

I work, approximately a 15 minute walk away from the location. I always place my order online for pick up. I eat there at least 2-3 times a week. The kids that work their are nice enough, but the work ethic and quality is inconsistent, at best. Sometimes it’s spot on but other days like today it’s terrible. I opened my container for my tacos and the guacamole was dark brown. It wasn’t like the top was darkened from being out for a bit but DOO DOO BROWN all the way through. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. I don’t think I will go back. It’s too inconsistent and gross. I would like to know what was going through the employees head as he put it on my tacos? I’m furious and when my co- workers saw them, we all collectively decided, NO MORE CHIPOTLE FROM THAT STORE AGAIN. Not too mention, I have no lunch now.

I went with a simple expectation that I will get a Chicken Bowl which should fill my stomach but does not looked like the server at Chipotle had the same intention. It seemed like the server was on a very tight budget.
I ordered two Chicken bowls for two people. The server started adding two teaspoons of everything and I mean it when I say two teaspoons. Negligible amount of rice, beans, dry chicken, corn, tomatoes and salsa that’s it!!! No lettuce, no fried veggies, no cheese and only the spicy red salsa.
The quantity was so less that I was still empty and this is just not acceptable. I have been to Chipotle so many times at different places and I have never been so disappointed and annoyed. They charged in in full but given me half the bowl.
This practice at this chipotle looked far below the standard what chipotle offers generally at other stores. This is uninviting and rude experience. Attaching the screenshot of what I was expecting and what I got.

What ever you guys do, do not order from this location. They never get your order right. This is my second time ordering from them and both times they got my order wrong. I’m not sure why they are in business because they don’t know how to read or comprehend simple requests. This will be my last time ordering from this location. Chipotle lets the customer start with a bowl or a tortilla and fill it with their choice of rice, beans, meat, vegetables, and sauces. The bowl filled me up and tasted delicious. The table where we sat was dirty. I liked how the railing around the tables was just the right height for the stools. It just needs to be cleaned between customers.
