Some of the best pizza I’ve had from a pizzeria. Went to this papa johns not expecting much was just trying to get some food after driving for a few hours coming from out of town and it was probably the best food we couldve gotten.
The pizza was amazing cooked perfectly and those papa john chicken bites brought a tear to my eye i had to give the worker a hug. If i didnt live 2 hours away i would probably be coming back every week.

A day or two before Christmas, I ordered two pizzas for delivery, but come to find out they got delivered to the wrong address. I am blind and asked the store to put a note to have the driver hand it to me personally. After hours went by, noone showed up, so I called the store and the manager told me he was sorry, but no more pizzas can be delivered until after Christmas when they open back up, but I called after Christmas to the store owner, Naik, and he talked to me very rudely and acted like I was an idiot and that he would not honor the deal that the other manager gave me. I am a formal employee of Papa Johns and I was surprised to be treated so rudely. I will never order from Papa Johns again! If they treated former employees like this, imagine what kind of service they will give you.

Absolutely HORRIBLE management. Ordered last night. Food arrived on time but was cold and undercooked. I tried calling to express this to the manager this morning, and before I could even explain what I wanted he began to attack me saying I should have called last night and come back at 10 to have it corrected. I explained I was no longer in the area and he stated well all he could do for me was remake it if I brought the old food back. Fast food chains are going down hill because of people and workers like this.

They honored their promise and made it right: Ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day to be delivered. When it arrived there was a sizeable gash in the pizza where the toppings had slid off. I called the number and pushed the button to speak to a manager. I was told call back later and they would take care of it and get me a new pizza. I called just over a week later to get the second pizza and realized that I hadn’t talked to the manager the first time and I neglected to get the name of who I spoke to. Nate, the manager, knew the order and even though I didn’t have the name and he hadn’t heard of my issue until well over a week later was willing to honor the promise and make it right. Second pizza turned out great.

My entire order was incorrect, and when I reached out to address the issue, the manager—who also appears to be the owner—accused me of lying. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I must say, he is the most unprofessional and rude individual I have ever encountered at Papa John’s.

April 3rd 2025 I went to the one Berry never ever again in my life I will not step foot in that establishment. The cashier was nice I went around 6pm one of the workers was sitting on top of the table where they make pizza at, I said something to the Manager he told him to get down, this young man had a attitude like what’s the problem I can sit up here. Just nasty as hell .What else he let them do in the restaurant.

I ordered a pizza at 9:08 the pizza didn’t come until 10:00 . the driver lady was extremely nice didn’t get her name but OMG my pizza I wish I could share this picture right now it was the most sloppiest soggiest pizza ever everything fell to one side and it was flipped over. I am so upset now I have a hungry/upset family. THANKS ALOT PAPA JOHN!! If there was a negative star they would have got all negative!
