Ordered 4 dinner dishes for carry out. They made 4 lunch boxes. Worst orange chicken ever, all box fill up more rice than dish. Don’t recommend.

Gourmet China nails the classics. Kung Pao Chicken had that perfect spicy crunch, and the Orange Chicken was crispy, citrusy bliss. Bold flavors, great texture…definitely worth the chopstick hustle.

Higher price than competitors, but pays for the flavor and fresh ingredients. To note, entrees do not come with rice if not combo (half size entree). On the plus side, they are not overly saucy and have good chilli oil.
However, the most striking point is the fried rice; well coated with flavor and not clumpy. and it’s delicious even with just egg as protein. In terms of fried rice, for pure-Chinese takeout (not Thai fusion), this place takes the top!

I have ordered take out from this restaurant for about 4 years now. I have read some of the other reviews, but can only report on my own experiences while doing business here.
I order carry out maybe once per month. Over my 4 years doing business with Gourmet China, I have never one time experienced rude service. Sometimes a little slow, but never rude.
I have ordered several different things, but my go to order is Salt & Pepper Wings, and Chicken Bok Choy (add mushrooms). One of my other favorites is the Orange Beef.
Everything I have ever ordered has been at least 4 star rated. Most are 5 star. The food here is as good or better than any sit down, dine in Chinese restaurant in Vegas.
The portions are large. In my posted pics, the plate of food came out of the container before I took the pics. Each order will feed 2-3 people.
I posted pics of the Chicken Bok Choy.
UPDATE:
Ordered delivery tonight. Chicken Bok Choy add mushrooms, and Salt & Pepper Wings. Food was delivered within 40 minutes, hot and delicious as always. I love this place..!!!

Did a pick up order today of salt & pepper wings and chicken chop suey. My first time ordering that.
The food was ready on time, and cooked perfectly. 5 stars as usual. I’ve been ordering from here a long time and they never let me down.

We used to live up in the northwest area. We found this Chinese food place after trying many others before. They had become our favorite Chinese food place. Now we have moved to South Summerlin area. We have tried so very many other Chinese food places near us none of them even come close to matching how Good Gourmet China is. Not only is it delicious but they give nice size portions. Even though now that it is 20 minutes away from us, It’s worth it to drive the extra distance to get such good food.

First time visiting this establishment. The reviews are all what others are saying. Food is excellent. The owner was so nice. Definitively will order again. Highly recommend. The Wor Won Ton Soup was great. Big bowl !!!

Ordered delivery for lunch. Well after over a year of ordering from this fast Chinese restaurant, this is by far one of the best local spots in the Centennial Hills area. Food is great. Here in this pic is Beef Chow Fun, Shrimp in Lobster sauce, Chicken Egg rolls, Fried Shrimp, Cheese Wontons n side of white rice. Highly recommended again. Madam Jade (Not her real name) and chefs are awesome. I’m always greeted when stopping in. Check email out!

5 stars all around. Jojo has the best customer service and listens to your needs and expectations. She goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. The food is amazing with ample portions provided. Best Chinese takeout I’ve ever tried. The bald chef is incredibly talented.

This has been our go-to spot for Chinese takeout in Centennial Hills, for the last few years. We enjoy the food a lot, but it’s the service that really keeps us coming back. The sweet lady that runs the counter has always been super kind and friendly. Tonight, she missed a silly request on my online order, add snow peas to my noodles (it’s Sat, they were good and busy!) When I picked up and asked to confirm this request she went into full on customer service beast mode! Made the kitchen full stop to make me some snow peas that she refused to let me pay for, offered me free extra soup (I politely declined cuz I didn’t want to take xtra from this small biz), she threw some homemade cookies into my bag, and gave me an adorable little Chinese necklace), wished me a happy Xmas, and had me smiling all the way home. There might be better Chinese food in the area (I doubt it) but there is certainly no better service! This little shop deserves all the love, and I will miss them when I move away.

I have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The lady boss always greets me warmly. The restaurant is very clean and I like the taste. I regard this place as my home kitchen. I always order braised eggplant, orange chicken and fried noodles! Highly recommended!
