We stopped there for breakfast on the way to the bisti wilderness and received delicious food and friendly service. The atmosphere was that of a local family restaurant and though we were not locals we were made to feel like one by the staff. The prices are reasonable and the portions we’re just right. They offered both vegetarian dishes and we’ll as your traditional American fare. It was a nice stop.

Love this place .it is one of our regular places. Favorite waitress is Neisha. She is awesome .Takes good care of us and the order we put in and makes sure we get everything we are expecting and more. Neisha is awesome! You must go. I’m in town from South Carolina. I left my hotel in search of some food, but I was tired of fast food, and I didnt want to go sit down at a chain restaurant. I saw Sonya’s, and I stopped. Immediately when I walked in it reminded of mama’s kitchen on a Sunday afternoon, it smelled delicious. I ordered to go, and the staff was very attentive & very nice. I only waited maybe 15 minutes at the max and my order was complete & ready to go. I just finished eating, and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. It was exactly what I was looking for. My husband’s sandwich & my daughter’s nuggets were right on the money too. I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for some home cookin’, Sonya’s is the place to go.

Very friendly staff. Quick to attend to your every need. They have daily specials. They have American and Mexican food. Plenty of parking. Large 16 wheel trucks can find parking also. Bathrooms clean.

The food is edible, but the presentation leaves something to be desired. Coffee is mild medium flavor, but only a $1.10 with unlimited refills.
Chicken fried steak was average for flavor, below average size. Hash browns were ok and the toast was not killed with butter. It is a popular place in Farmington, but if you are in a hurry, pass. My average wait was 25 minutes from sitting down until being served food.

Waited for 15 minutes and didn’t receive any service or a menu. Horrible customer service, waitresses were just sitting around talking with each other, tables were dirty and the place was not even busy. Moved to another table thinking we would be noticed. That didn’t work. We just got the look from the waitress. Waited again but still no service. At that point we left. Be prepared if you decide to go here. VERY BAD/RUDE SERVICE.
