We walked in and there was one man working. He was swamped with a large online order and we were 4th in line. I understand that he was busy but while working on the 4 sandwiches on the counter he was not wearing any kind of hair protection and his hair was curly and long. He also did not change gloves when making different sandwiches, not when he was handling the paper and bags to wrap a sub nor when he used anything else. He then began coughing at the counter and we walked out.

Ordered 10, 12″ subs cut into 3″ lengths. Half were ham and half were turkey. Specifically asked that lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber be on the side. This was a kids birthday party and many see onions, or whatever on the sandwich and want nothing to do with it. ALL were put on every sandwich. My wife called to see what they could do. The manager was off until Monday and apparently no one was in charge. No one would offer any suggestions. They could re-make them and we could purchase them again. One was going to call the manager and call my wife back. She never called. My wife called again to see if there was a solution. She was told the manager would call her Monday. This party was Sunday. NOTHING that happens Monday is acceptable. Nonetheless, she didn’t call either and today is Tuesday. Over $100 with zero satisfaction on our part and zero concern on subways part. The sandwiches were good but there were quite a few left over because of all the veggies on them. We were left scrambling and added little Caesars pizzas that were totally finished – money we shouldn’t have had to spend.

I dont normally leave reviews for fast food but…. the food is ok, the service is typical for a fast food place, but the oooonnnne big issue is the protein on the sandwichs its so so so not enough. But its an easy fix – just add 2x the meat for an extra cost

The lady was nice here on Thursday April 10 , 2025 after 8:45 pm . My wife Mrs King asked if they take Subway coupons and the lady said no . This is crazy . We get coupons in the mail for subway and we can’t use them at both subways in East ridge on Ringgold Road .

I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don’t expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.

Friendly staff and clean facility but please DO NOT expect extra meat to result in a nice thick sandwich. In my opinion the sandwich only had the meat I feel you should get on a normal sandwich.
