They have always had the most amazing sandwiches. In the last month my co workers and I have been in twice and the sandwiches have gone downhill. Like, the meat was thrown right off a cliff and a teaspoon size meat is put in the sandwiches. Is you think subway meat servings are bad, cut them by 75% and that’s what Charley’s is doing now.
My co worker went up and talked to them and they say, well nextime pay for mega meat. When you order what is on the picture on the board, you expect it to look something like it, not just bread.

I was starving it’s too hot to cook so I figured I’d try my luck at delivery see if it shows up or not ….IT DID! some one wrote ‘great packaging’ I love so figured I’d try it. I LOVE WHEN OUR NAME IS ON THE BAG & YES THE PACKAGING IS GREAT. I got the old school which is edible. As someone who usually home makes Phillies this was not as good as mine. The cheese sauce is not my thing & super salty. The fruit lemonades well I had to. I got peach which is great but if you are diabetic you really can’t…..I diluted mine down & have 3 peach lemonades now so there’s that right.

Notnup to their usual standard this time. The fries tasted freezer burnt and were cold. My chicken Buffalo sandwich clearly had mayo on one half and Buffalo sauce on the other? There was a random mushroom in my wrapping and a mushroom in my sandwich. The blueberry lemonade was delicious.

Overall very impressed with the taste, quickness, and customer service. End of the day it’s a mall food court eating option, it’s not going to knock your socks off, but as a whole it’s a good option for the money and how fast it was made. The customer service was on par as well. I asked for what I wanted it was exactly what I expected.

I have driven there 3 times down center St and unable to find the reesturant is it inside the mall? For the most part the mall is closed. You need to put some kind of sign outside or a picture of what door to go to on your website.

Asked for no tomato’s on one sandwich. Got tomatoes on both. Asked for jalapeños on one sandwich, jalapeños were clearly canned and over cooked which did not add to the sandwich. Meat tasted more bland than normal. Overall not a great experience. Service has definitely gone downhill. Had Charley’s on every military base I was stationed at, first time in 10 years I’ve had to complain about it.
