*Bugs inside the food
Now this place called Hi Chinese and tbh the service was very nice, maybe because there was no one else in the restaurant.
I got a combo with 2 sides, fried rice and rice noodle. Fried rice was terrible but the noodle was fine. At this price point, I would say it’s pretty good until I found 2 bugs on my veggies and I stopped eating immediately.
Maybe try to clean the food better and change a better location. Bye~

Excellent service, great portions, and fast serving times!The most important thing is that they have reasonable prices！ My beef with broccoli was delicious, full of beef and vegetables. I did check out the menu online before actually going to China gate because there are so many choices…glad I did!

This place used to be good, but when we went an older lady and male employee did not want to help us. Finally after about 7 minutes they decided to serve the food. When we took the food home. It was very dry, old tasting and burned. The egg rolls had spoiled meat inside. We won’t be returning

I am not satisfied with the food or service. The person with the blue hat always gives me a bad attitude when I told him if he could add a little bit more orange chicken, because I feel he did not give me the same amount of portion as. Other customers he charged me four dollars extra for about five pieces more. I wish they could beat. Someone speaks proper English or Spanish, or both so this business could provide better customer satisfaction. I think I would rather drive 5 miles further than to buy with this place again. she is very stingy. I asked if I could get some soy sauce. He gave me one packet and I said can I have three she said no and gave me one more.

Very bad ,they don’t speak English, they charge combinations wonton soup chicken and shrimp but no shrimp but was charged for it, the total price was wrong at first and it was corrected. They charge u almost $10 with two combo selection but there is hardly any food given to u all carbs . Will never come back here. Horrible place. Call them back for my paid shrimp and they said how many orders are u ordering, I just hung up the phone

I came to China gate many times before for many years. And today May 1st of 2023 at 2:20pm. I had the worst experience ever with this place. I was casually ordering my food and being nice to the employee who was a guy and he was giving me an unnecessary attitude like I was wasting his time. What really got me really mad was that when I was paying he jacked my card from my hand quickly. After he tossed me the receipt and a pen and said sign in the most rudest way. What really got me mad was that he tossed me my card after the transaction was done. He kept rolling his eyes at me even when I politely said bye and thank you. Horrible service

First off I walked into this place and the guy working was sitting down on his phone. I get it, he’s taking a break, it’s not busy, but I called him over nicely once and he ignored me, the second time I called him over he came up to the counter already with an attitude. His tone was just rude, and impatient. Then when he rang me up he snatched my debit card from my hands and I was left speechless. I didn’t say anything. He then proceeded to put my two combos in the bag and I noticed he didn’t give me any condiments. I politely asked for sriracha, and he snarled at me. He then gave me one little cup of sriracha for two combos! See pictures for reference. When I asked him politely for a second cup since I did in fact pay for TWO combos he then proceeded to make a face at me and looked annoyed to have to reach for a second cup… like what? What took the cake was the fact that after he bagged my stuff and handed it to me he made a sarcastic smile and said bye and waved his hand.. like seriously rude. You could tell he was being an A-hole about it. I called him out on his rudeness. I’d heard people at this place are rude and today I confirmed that. So hard to find a good Chinese food place sometimes and I genuinely liked this place but screw them! Never going back!
