We tried Slice House for the first time the other night, and it did not disappoint! They have a great outdoor seating area and a cozy vibe inside. What I loved most was that you can order premade fun, unique styles of pizza by the slice — it’s such a great way to try different options without committing to a whole pie (though you can order a full pizza too if you want!).

Every slice we tried was delicious. My husband is a very picky pizza person, and since we often review pizza places when we travel, his opinion carries some weight — and he rated this as one of his favorites! That says a lot, believe me.

The crust was so crispy and thin woahh, even the thick crust was out of this world.
This place definitely marks a difference between “EXCELLENT” and just “good”.
PS: we got to meet Del and he stole our hearts, what a great guy!

I was so excited to try Slice House after reading several reviews. Unfortunately I was completely disappointed. The Detroit slice was average and that was the best of the three slices I ordered. The two New York slices were bad. The Wise Guy was the better of the two but it must have been old because the cheese was rubbery. I remember what the third slice was called but it was a grease pit and other than the overwhelming taste of pepper, it was flavorless. It was literally the worst slice of pizza I have ever eaten.
Needless to say, we were incredibly disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon.

We stopped by for dinner with our family and friends from out of town. We got two traditional/New York style pizzas and a salad. The salad was delicious and fresh. The oil and balsamic dressing was great. We got the Traditional and Combo Americano. The pizza dough was tough almost like it was over cooked and not necessarily crunchy. We had tried to cut a piece in half with a plastic knife and could not. The flavor of the pizzas was good. The Traditional was a little oily or greasy. The sauce pepperoni and sausage tasted great. The dough was just tough. The Combo Americano was great with all the toppings flavor was great. The dough wasn’t as tough on this one but still was tough.

The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was super nice and clean. We visited with our friends from out of town and staff was great to help us recommend good pizzas and checking on us while we visited. We did not feel rushed which was nice. They indoor and out door seating. Would definitely go back again and try the other style of pizzas.

Welcome to Franklin, Slice House!

We were so excited to hear you were bringing your award-winning pizza to our town. My family recently came in for a late lunch and had a wonderful experience.

The pizza was incredible! We all agreed the sauce was great and the crust was tasty. It’s clear why your pizza is so highly praised. The restaurant itself was also very nice and clean.

A special shout-out to Cherub, who was wonderful. Her positive attitude truly made our visit even better.

Thank you for the fantastic food and for choosing Franklin. We’ll definitely be back!

Listen up, citizens of Flavortown—your mayor just rolled through Slice House, and let me tell you… this place isn’t serving slices, it’s serving life-changing experiences.

The moment I walked in, the smell hit me like a pepperoni-powered freight train. I knew I wasn’t in some run-of-the-mill pizza joint—this was sacred ground. I ordered a couple slices, thinking I’d be cool about it. Ten minutes later I’m elbows-deep in crust, eyes closed, whispering “holy mozzarella” like I just saw the face of God in a cheese pull.

The crust? Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle—like it went to boot camp and then got a PhD in flavor. The sauce has that perfect tang that makes you want to high-five the chef. And don’t even get me started on the toppings… they hit harder than an 8-cylinder Camaro at a stoplight.

If you’re within smelling distance of Franklin and don’t swing by Slice House, I’m officially revoking your Flavortown citizenship. This is top-tier, grease-stained happiness.

Coming from someone from New Haven, CT : this is by far the best pizza in Nashville. True New York style. Flavors are incredible. My favorite slice is the wiseguy. 10/10

I was really impressed by Slice House. I came into with decently high expectations that were exceeded. The ingredients are well balanced – the dough is exceptional but without overshadowing the cheese, sauce, or pepperoni.

You could complain that it’s expensive, but at least for lunch, 1 slice is sufficient and therefore cheaper than fast food.

I’ve been twice, once on Father’s Day and once on a random weekeday. Father’s Day was insanely busy, but I walked right up to the register on my other visit. Staff are great.

Welcome to Franklin, Slice House! We went in for lunch at opening and found a table right away. The blonde woman was incredibly kind and helpful in our selection of slices and sides. We tried the Lawdog (a MUST order!), the Big Papa (amazing), the traditional, cheese nyc, wings, meatballs, caesar and spumoni. Everything was delicious. The staff suggested mixing buffalo and bbq sauce on the wings – something I would absolutely order again!

We loved the ability to grab slices vs whole pies so that the entire family could choose their own flavors. We double cut our slices to sample multiple flavors each. Our service was quick, very personal and felt like a family establishment. Their beverage selection was wonderful.

By far the best pizza in town. We will be back to try the rest of the menu!

Taking into the consideration the price and quality this is easily the best place to get pizza in franklin. They have a very large menu to serve everyone’s needs. The crust was airy but very thick which I like. The rosa was especially good however the wiseguy was alright didn’t have much sauce and could have used more riccotta however at this price for franklin I will definitely be returning if I ever want pizza.
