Food, amazing as always. The service was awful, we stood up front waiting to order our meal forever. They knew we were there, they kept looking at us, but never helped. The poor girl that was running drive through had to tell someone in the drive through to hold on so she could help us. That’s when someone else decided to take our order. Then every table was dirty with food pieces everywhere, the ice was out. I definitely recommend drive through 100%, it faster and friendlier service.

Everytime we have been to the Mitchell location in the passed few weeks we have left disappointed. I was there at 10:10am and was told they were out of biscuits and wasn’t making anymore. This morning my wife set at the speaker for 6 minutes waiting to order. When someone finally answered her she was told they was out of gravy. This location has went down hill fast. We used to eat there several times a week and now we don’t. Please management fix this location.

I typically like mitchell arbys but today I did a mobile order and I got mozzeralla sticks and no mariana sauce realized that after i got home so went back and got some. The mozzeralla sticks are soggy or are not done taste gross they usually taste better then my french fries are not filled up at all. overall terrible night to get arbys. The girl who handed me my food and mariana also just seemed annoyed of my presence because of the sauce she forgot. I only ate my half filled french fries.

Went there this last Saturday ordered a Turkey club sandwich. Worst sandwich. I’ve ever eaten from arby’s. Will not go to that restaurant again. Tried to call them and complain, but they would not answer the phone.

Got my order wrong twice, got home fries were salt lick level salted, making them inedible, the roast beef was like rubber. We ate peanut butter and gave it to the dogs.

The mozzarella sticks at this location and the Bedford Arby’s are the BEST in the state. If you know what I’m talking about–there’s a difference for the mozzarella lover.
No pic because I devoured them. Milkshake was great too! My Coke was a little flat. Chicken Bacon Sandwich had a little more crisp than I like. The lady at the the drive thru was really nice–especially when I decided to upgrade the fries to mozzarella sticks and go for the large milkshake (a decision I do NOT regret, only 90 cents more).
Didn’t go inside, but plenty of space for parking outside.

Food is cold, no marinara for the cheese sticks. The last 2 visits I have been extremely disappointed. Last time they forgot one of my sandwiches. This time cold food. Look cheese didn’t even melt. Dry brisket. Probably my last visit. The link below doesn’t work. Thanks Arbys

Food was fresh. I went in around 9am. Front counter guy took my order and took it correctly. He was just another person taking orders. Nothing special. I asked for it to go, and they gave it to me on a tray. Without my 2 hash browns, but was quickly corrected. The weak link was the feller taking orders. Overall a good experience.
