This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue. First time I ordered a personal pan pizza and when I went to eat it, it was breadsticks with sauce and cheese. FYI it was not good. This time the driver forgot my salad, called and was told they would contact the driver and see if he’d be willing to come back . Driver comes back and this is my $5 salad. Wilted & brown lettuce and maybe 3 bites worth. Don’t waste your money. The quality control and training.

Despite having limited resources, the gentleman that helped us was AMAZING. He alone made our experience great. The food was your standard pizza hut, which I enjoy, but the server/cashier/manager/do everything alone guy was outstanding. The franchise needs to commend him! GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN.

Great friendly staff and the was worth every penny. It had been a long time since I ate there and the price point was excellent at about 7 dollars a person. Abundant parking and easy access off MD business 30 north. Slightly more complicated to get into coming south on business 30 as you need to turn onto North woods trail from that direction.

Today Kelsi was my wife and my waitress she also is great, she was good at refilling are drinks, making sure our orders were correct and she also was friendly. Honestly one of the best experiences. Always kind, people don’t give this crew enough credit! They’re clearly a small town pizza place and I’m always greeted with the same smiling faces. Been coming here for probably 2 years, very over due review. But it’s the same crew, they love their job and they love Hampstead. Thank you Pizza Hut family!

One of the employees called me to let me know that on my order the Cinnabons had run out and he would replace them with the cinnamon sticks and Cinnabon icing. I said that was fine, plus he gave me a two dollar refund for the inconvenience. I thought that was very nice. He said the order would take an hour but it only ended up being about thirty five or forty minutes. All was good.

It was easy to order online, pay online, so that a family member, who lives close to our Pizza Hut, could pick up the order for us on his way over. The pizza tasted so good too!!! We all commented on how good it was!!! We will definitely be ordering again soon,

You can tell that this location was hit by the pandemic and is understaffed, but I must say, other than slightly longer wait times, our experience was phenomenal. We were a party of 6 and our waiter was great, as was the other staff members. If they’re this good understaffed, they must really be something special when fully staffed

Waited over an hour and half for the pizza, wings, and cheese bread to be delivered. When it got here all the food was lukewarm at best (basically cold). I had to warm up everything. For the money spent I was disappointed.

I ordered 2 large pizzas which came to a total of nearly $60, which is unbelievable. The price aside, we received the wrong crust on our pizza. Pizza Hut prices are nearly twice that of other pizza restaurants in our area. If I pay that for a meal, I expect to receive the correct order. We were very disappointed.
