Not sure why there’s bad reviews…. This place is really good. They make your food fresh. Ryan was really helpful and professional. The hot wings are really good so are the fries. The vanilla and strawberry shakes were delicious. The funnel cake bites are FIRE 10/10 I highly recommend. They’re open late and make your food fresh to order. Prices are reasonable.

Convenient place for when you’re out in the city, away from home, and needing something to eat at 12AM. I got the wings and fries and definitely recommend both, the soda was fresh and crisp. Spent around $16. Customer service was good!! Me and my friend felt comfortable in the atmosphere despite it being so late at night. Only con was there was a funky smell but ♀️ Overall really liked it.

Stay far away from this place. The people were nice but the place was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. I got one of the Phillys and it was just ground beef with an elementary school chicken finger on it. It was 16 dollars and I took 2 bites. Also it took like 30 min for the food to come out and it was somehow cold and old tasting? I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.

On Jan 12th I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, chicken Mac cheese sub, mozzarella sticks,onion rings.it was our first time ordering.Let me tell you it’s no good!!!.first thing#1-we didn’t receive our fries, #2 thing mozzarella sticks was so bland, cold onion rings had no crispy breading on them. And the chicken sub with Mac n cheese had only a couple chicken small pieces. This place isn’t good if their charging me $53,00 and nothing was good let alone we never received our fries..Don’t bother calling them their phone goes straight to a full mailbox..It’s ridiculous!!!

So dang delicious! I had always wanted to try Fat Shack and once I did, I am constantly craving more! I have just gotten the burger and am obsessed. The special sauce makes it so good! Yum yum yum! They also have some unique and delicious looking sandwiches that I can’t wait to try! I’ve dined in each time and the staff are friendly, it’s clean and a nice place to eat. It is also reasonably priced. 100% recommend!

Place is completely empty, they’ve got a button to push because no one’s in there. The foods alright nothing crazy but it does seem overpriced. It’s a bit bland too. Lots of bread and then breading. Sadly I won’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Everything was absolutely delicious My only complaint would be that the soda fountains were slightly sticky but that aside It was so amazing It was a little pricey but of course it’s Kansas City what do you expect right? I had high hopes for Fat Shack. With a name like that, you expect some big, messy food. Instead, I got small, overpriced, underwhelming sandwiches. The “Fat Cow” has mac and cheese, mozz sticks, fries on it and that was the kind of gut buster I was looking for on this day. And it had those things on it, but again, it just didn’t deliver on that expectation you have for a sandwich called “Fat Cow.” My husband’s Philly had similar issues. In their defense, we did order half sandwiches, but half of what exactly? There was also a less-than-enticing smell about the place when I came in to pick up my food, and the service was about as good as the sandwiches. Can’t see myself going back.
