I ordered the carnitas here for the first time today and they were excellent! 3 tacos for $15 was great value and it came out quickly. I do agree with some of the prior reviews here that service is nothing short of transactional but I will definitely be back. The tacos were delicious with fresh ingredients / generous pieces of meat placed right on the grill on front of you.

The vibes were off from the moment I walked up to their stand. The staff didn’t greet me at all and I actually had to greet them first. There was no friendliness or warmth.
When I started ordering, I was told the meat I wanted wasn’t in stock. That happens, but what confused me was that nothing on the menu was marked as unavailable. The employee even had to ask her coworker to confirm they didn’t have it. It just felt unorganized, like they weren’t communicating or prepared.
The food itself was another disappointment. For $5 per street taco, the portions were inconsistent. One taco had a decent amount of cilantro and onion, while the other had barely anything. It looked like everything was just thrown onto the plate with zero care or effort. I’ve had better tacos on the street for half the price.
Overall, it was bare minimum service and quality. If you want food made with dedication and heart, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Flawless food, huge huge portions. $40 and my wife and I have leftovers for 2 people’s lunch tomorrow. First glance I thought 15$ for 2 tacos is a litttlenexpensive, then when they arrived they are huge, truly a m massive portion. Super fresh and amazing flavors well done.

Horrible experience. Service bad. No pastor, no chorizo. The girl recommended the carnitas tacos, the smell of the carnitas was awful and no flavor at all. And the cherry on the top… A big long hair in our birria tacos. Don’t eat here! There are plenty of better Mexican restaurants in Miami.

Dori was both the cashier and the person who prepared my tacos. Unfortunately, she had a negative attitude from the moment I arrived. In addition, my machete quesadilla did not taste good, cheese was not melted. She was away from the restaurant for at least 10 min.
This is unfair to the restaurant owner, who I’m sure is very talented in the kitchen. Unfortunately, hiring the wrong staff can negatively impact the overall experience and harm the business.

Loved the atmosphere of the food hall. So many great options to choose from. Glad my brother and I chose TACOTOMIA. They were some of the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had. Sadly, was just visiting town, otherwise I would want to eat here all the time!

Came back to Juliet & Harry completely disappointed and dissatisfied with food at Tacotonia. Wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering tacos birria was not even worth time nor money. Was not dipped and tortilla felt apart. Tacos al Pastor was no better. Definitely not coming back and should have paid attention when the girl at counter looked like didn’t even want to be there.

Food was heavy… I know Mexican food is not light but this is the first time I feel so heavy all afternoon after a quick lunch. Had the machete and it was super salty . Also the cheese was burnt . We had a guacamole which was very lemony. The tacos al pastor were ok. Not sure how I spent $60 for this …. Uptown 66 is many times better !!!!
