I walk in to music blasting, which is cool, I support being able to jam at work but, it was curse word after curse word in the song playing. Glad I didn’t have my 6 year old with me. Cheese sticks look weird to me though, and so does the pizza. Crust burned on cheese bread, and too much powdery crust on the pizza. Never had this issue with any other Papa Johns locations. & just ONE pepper?

Order from here quite often the one time that I ever did have a issue with my order the Manager took care of it and tonight I had Maurice drop off my pizza and he was just so genuine and friendly that I had to leave a review and tell his manager and give him a call. He picked up immediately and was appreciative and I just want to say good things about the whole team they seem like they really care about what they’re doing over there even if I called at 9:30 at night on a Wednesday they were upbeat and professional, cant ask for anymore than this.

Would not eat here if you gave it to me for free for the rest of my life. Missed me food up the last 4 times I have ordered, sat in their parking lot for 40 mins after waiting 20 mins to leave to go get the pizza, get there it’s wrong, they “remade it” guess what?! Wrong again…you expect me to sit there another 20 mins with my kids and then have the audacity to tell me how to parent? Yea no thanks! Haha have fun with this one!

Not good! Their pizzas have no sauce and only about 10% of them are covered with toppings. Tried them several times with same results. Worst PJ pizza I’ve ever had. So sad because they are usually quite good. Will not order again.

By comparison, it’s just another pizza shop….However….
Pros: food was Fresh, well prepared, cooked proper (cuz the cheese freckled), comes with a variety of dipping sauces & a single pepper in the box, (yum) & a nifty seal to ensure no tampering…Most others don’t do those things….
Price….fairly comparable to the competition,….if fact I believe they beat D & LC…..

Promply delivered where others fail to go. Five stars for that !
Con: they were pretty stingy with the topping…..(most shops are & seems others have noted this)…..see my pic…was pretty hard to see let alone taste pepperoni & onion toppings. Looks like they just dusted some in the center & shoved it in the oven….
Tryd the Papadia, was Equally good,…but seemed to be only one choose of sauce,….IDK maybe I missed the add on.
Jalapeno poppers are my favs & they were Great. I could eat those all day.

Place an order on my mobile app. Pizza was warm but the crust was soggy didn’t have much tomato pizza sauce on the crust most of the pizza was just crushed wasn’t satisfied. Walked in the door no one was in the lobby but me seen three employees nobody greeted me or said anything and I waited almost 5 minutes before they came up to see what I needed. Very disappointing because usually I have great service at this location.

This is a review of the Papa John’s pizza located in Lancaster South Carolina.
While Papa John’s is definitely one of my favorite chain pizza restaurants The store unfortunately is hit or miss with employees it’s either fantastic or horrible I don’t know what the issue is.
We always do take out and it’s usually ready and within 15 minutes however the attitude of the guys working there is just like I said before it’s either absolutely horrible and they’re beyond rude or they’re super friendly and nice depends on what day you go. We go two to three times a month so this is a pretty good average over the last year.

The meal was so amazingly delicious the robust sauce put the yum in yummy. It didn’t take the taste away from the toppings or cheese. The garlic Parmesan wings were everything we imagined them to be. As I bit into the wings all of my tastebuds exploded with flavor. We are truly Papa John’s Pizza Fans! Don’t change a thing! The delivery driver was prompt with our hot food and very professional as he greeted us and the pleasant attitude showed he likes what he does. He even waited here while I spoke with the manager about a small missing item that got forgotten and was amazing and very apologetic.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. As a previous insider employee of Papajohns I know what OLD racked up over docked pizza tastes like. Over proofed left out for hrs. Tasted like cardboard. They forgot my breadsticks and of course had to send a second driver out to me. Do better.
