Fiesta offers a perfectly serviceable, Mexican dining experience. I visited one random evening in search of good tacos (not the easiest find in Downtown Skokie), and Fiesta mostly hit the mark. The steak tacos were just a tad bit on the dry side, but the chicken and pork were great. Service by the lone hostess in the establishment was quick, pleasant, and helpful. I’m also a sucker for aesthetics, and the choice in color palate alongside the decorative pieces of traditional Mexican art and culture were wonderful flourishes to the dining atmosphere.
My only complaint is that the food, while tasty, could stand a few more hits from the spice cabinet. The rice and beans in particular were surprisingly bland but not enough to ruin the meal. Overall a worthwhile visit.

What a very decent and clean restaurant. I came here with my friends and we were all welcome with a great atmosphere and nice dishes on the table. The service is just so outstanding and many thanks to our host Mary, she is so awesome and she made sure we had the best dishes. I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant with all their delicious foods. My number one go to spot

I’ve never left a bad review mostly because I’m too lazy. However I had to make an exception, because this is kind of crazy. Me and my girlfriend ordered 5 tacos, some chips and salsa, and rice. Where do I even begin. I asked for no onions on mine and to add cheese and avocado.The tacos didn’t have cheese on them but had onions when I received my order. We realized they didn’t give us the chips and salsa until we walked home so my girlfriend walked back to get the chips and salsa and shredded cheese for my taco. It cost an extra $7. She waited 15 minutes for that. This photo below is the cheese soup they gave us so we paid and never even got the cheese. The rice was also not edible. No doubt we will never return. We worked at a Mexican restaurant in college for 3 years and my girlfriend is Mexican and was very disappointed. We spent $34 and ended up making food at home. By the time we finally got everything, it was all cold, and I didn’t feel like picking out all the stuff I said not to add and adding the stuff that’s elementary on a taco, so we just threw it all out. Waste of time and money for us, if u get take-out/to go hopefully u have a better experience than us.

Tasty and delicious mexican food. Great addition to downtown Skokie. We ordered Bistec ala mexicana, we went on a Tuesday so we tried the 1.99 Al Pastor and Chicken tacos, Guacamole and all were good!

This place is amazing! The food is priced very fairly, it tastes great each time I go. I’ve tried their burrito, torta, tacos, and each dish was amazing every time.
The service is great as well. The servers are incredibly attentive and very nice. They always offer free chips and salsa (something that we LOVE because no other Mexican restaurants do this anymore). There is always a selection of salsas that they offer.
The restaurant itself is very clean and always be very neat. You can tell that they take care of their restaurant!
This will always be our go-to Mexican restaurant. We absolutely love it here!!
