We love having The Workz in town. However, it is very inconsistent with quality. The food is either great or terrible, the games either mostly work or are mostly out of order. The prizes are either stocked or nearly out. I will add what we saw this weekend as far as claw machines. I hope to see improvements in the new year with consistent quality. The staff is always great, I have never had a bad experience with the care the staff provides.

I went here for my nephew’s 14th bday party. He seemed to have a good time playing video games. The selection is not like Dave & Busters but it was doable. The food was good. I had the cheesesteak and sweet potato fries that came with this marshmallow dip, which was yummy. The only issue was the fries were a little salty. Now the blackberry margaritas were very good. I had 2. I just wish the server was around to assist our table more.

This place is really fun. But it is also very loud. It’s basically a dave and busters on front steet but with good food. So if you can handle that, this place is for you. The mac and cheese are the stand-out items for sure they are actually really nice the burgersvare good. But they’re not anything to special. The sweet potato fries are very good with the marshmallow dipping sauce. This place is absolutely great for families. Parking is easy for here if you park in the garage next door. The food does take a while to come out, though, so be prepared for that.

I visited The Works on Sunday, December 28, and it was a win from the start. The whiskey sour was poured perfectly, smooth and balanced, and the wings looked so good I had to order them. Best decision of the night.
The wings were loaded with flavor and fried to absolute perfection — crispy, hot, and done right. Even the sides were on point: fresh celery and seriously delicious ranch. Everything came together perfectly.
Great drinks, great food, and definitely worth the visit. I’ll be back for those wings without question

Visited for a trivia night. Service took a while but I understand they were busy with a ton of people arriving at the same time. Ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. Nothing special. Chicken was overcooked and overall just not great. 2/3 of the way through I found a hair in my wrap. Our server was very prompt in apologizing, offering a new one and comping the meal. Husband ordered endless wings. It took him nearly an hour to order a refill on them because our server just kept disappearing for 10 minutes at a time. We will not be back. Overall very disappointing experience and not worth the time nor money.

Outstanding venue to host an event at! The entire staff was incredibly accommodating to our vision, budget, and group size. Event Manager Khamisha, General Manager Michelle, and servers Ruby & Rachel were all amazing and helped make our class reunion for 50 people a massive success. The space was clean & nicely laid out, the food was fantastic, and the rates were fair. Thank you to The Workz!

Their chicken quesadilla was not great at all. It said they used diced chicken we ordered it and it came out looking weird and tasted like beef the girls said they diced and smash the mean and its heavily seasoned but it tasted nothing like you would think a chicken quesadilla would taste. Tenders were decent and boneless weren’t too bad not very saucey. they were friendly and willing to help so thats always nice. The games my kiddos had a lot of fun on.

We got the Bacon Jam Smash and the Workz Smash. Disgusting. The bacon jam smash had MINIMAL jam on it. It was a cluster of dry bacon bits. The burger was so over cooked and dry I couldn’t eat it. It tasted like a flavorless frozen burger patty. Honestly it’s ridiculous that cooks don’t care about the food they push out of their kitchen. My husband’s Workz smash burger had the smallest onion ring and a tablespoon of pulled pork. Also extremely over cooked. We will never order again. A complete waste of money.

Pizza was just okay. I ordered a salad and it was pretty good while the rest of our party had pizza that wasn’t very good. Went here for an 8-year-old’s birthday celebration. It was FREEZING! Even with all the walking around and playing games, we all decided it was best to leave after an hour. It is a big old theater, and I understand it would be hard to keep a certain level of heat, but it felt as though there wasn’t any heat, and we were outside! Kids had fun, and a few adults enjoyed some of the games as well. I would go back but not on a cold day.

The Workz helped us host a Honeymoon bridal shower and it was an amazing event! Service was great by Dri, and event coordinator Khamisha was awesome. I highly recommend The Workz to host at for a special event. We had a fantastic pizza bar that was delicious. We had good food, drinks, games, and conversation flowing all night long! Also a really cool place for a date night. Thank you to the staff at The Workz!
