This is an amazing new Italian Restaurant. The food and service is amazing. While the menu does not have gluten-free markings, many of their offerings can be made gluten-free and they have gluten-free pasta. The gluten allergy in our group chose the Lobster Fettuccine and the portion was ample enough to have leftovers. The other orders in our party were the Chicken Parmigiana and the Ossa Bucco (Amazing). The Osso Bucco was also gluten-free. This restaurant has an ample sized bar area with seting. There are two dining areas, one by the bar and another more elegant dining area to the side. The ambiance is refined enough for a date night but also relaxed enough to be a casual night out with friends. I cannot say enough about the quality of the food and service. They were both amazing. If you want to eat here on Friday or Saturday, I recommend reservations. Sunday, Tuesday, or Wednesday you should be fine with a walk-in. Check out our photos. The food is as good as it looks.

We were thrilled to hear that a new restaurant had opened – and we’re even happier that it not only met our expectation, but surpassed them! We were greeted warmly, served with a smile and enthusiasm, and both enjoyed our food so much that we were planning our next visit before we left our table. EXCELLENT!
The pictures show the garlic bread, my grilled salmon (cooked to perfection), and my wife’s bolognese. Yum!

First time trying this new restaurant out. Fantastic beef tips with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Will definitely be back to try more of their entrees. So far so good.

My husband and I had dinner at Ernestina’s last night, and we already can’t wait to go back! The service was wonderful and the food was excellent. I ordered the bolognese, which was delicious, and my husband had the blackened steak tips. The steak tips were cooked perfectly, and the red pepper sauce was incredible. The menu offers a wide variety of options, which made it hard to choose what to order. We’re excited to have such a great dining option right here in the Palmer area.

Ordered a combo pizza and chicken parm pizza to go. Absolutely excellent! This is the pizza this area has been missing for years. Fairly priced and generous portions. I can’t wait to return to dine in!

The food was excellent! We had the chicken parmesian and it was the best I’ve ever had, with a very tasty, and authentic marinara.

Wasn’t sure this new restaurant in my neighborhood was ever going to open and I am so glad they finally did. Authentic Italian cuisine in very generous portions at a surprisingly affordable price.
Fresh and quality are the first words that come to mind. Even the bread is really good.
One friendly warning if you order the fra diavolo: the heat chooses are 1 to 6 and I decided to push the envelope and went with 6. I like it spicy, but next time I’ll dial the t back to 3 or 4.
6 left me seating – out I asked for it!
The desserts are excellent, too. The decor is warm and inviting and the wait staff friendly and great.
Ernestina’s is a more than welcome addition to town and I plan on being at least a weekly customer.

Happy to have this local restaurant open again. Staff was pleasant. Food was delicious. If you go now BYOB until they secure the liquor license. Cant wait to return.

We had a wonderful dinner last night with friends at Ernestina’s. My chicken Marsala was fabulous, tender and full of flavor. The fresh bread with garlic oil on the table was fantastic too. We split churros for dessert and they did not disappoint, crispy and sweet. One of the owners stopped by to check in, which felt so welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

I was excited to give the new place in town a try, I ordered 2 items for take out since I live 1 minute away, got home, opened up my food excited to try it and it was ice cold! I ordered the food there, so it wasn’t like I was late to get it either. Might be better in house, but take out was a waste of time and money.
