Great experience and great food. First time there. Has what any Wisconsin bar needs, pull tabs and good cheese curds. Burgers where very hot, fresh, and juicy. Fries were those good crispy beer batter fries. Would come back for the fries alone. The bartender was their only server and was hustling hard. She was busy but communicative with her time and prompt with a refill.

I have been here many times for food and drinks. Never had any issues. Tonight, one of the Cod dinners . First bite taste extremely fishy. I believe it was the owner or owners wife come over and asked If we wanted a cheeseburger or perch. No I wanted Cod. I told her I was not going to pay full price for a meal with 1 bite out of it. She did then take one cod dinner off the bill. Didn’t seem to happy about it though. And really to have this up on your wall I mean come on you don’t need to have this if you have good food cold drinks and good respectful staff (never mind the photo from another place)

Stopped in for a lunch fish fry on a Friday. We were greeted upon enteting and quickly found a spot to sit. The waitress/bartender was over getting our drink and foof order. The fish was out within 10 minutes, maybe less and was delicious. The 2 pc cod was flaky and had a great tasting batter. The fries were crisp and hot and delicious as well. Small bar, great food and service.

Had a great time here while visiting the area! The food was great and the bartender, Joe, who was running the bar, cooking and waiting tables was AMAZING. Such a nice guy, was so positive while he was super busy and provided great service! We’ll definitely be back again when we’re back in town.

Even though the fish was quite delicious! The seating area is cramped and we got hit with people’s coats from all the tables around us while we were eating. The Salad bar included is also fairly pathetic. You have about 6 options of items to put on it. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Horrible kitchen 1 hour and 35 minutes still don’t have my burger: hope the new owner can make things better. Bartender great. Can’t rate food still waiting while cook leaves the kitchen multiple times an hour. Update lost my ticket twice never did get my food. Finally canceled after 2 hours
