I came here with a small group of friends for dinner during the week. The place was easy to spot off the road and had plenty of parking. We walked in and I had to flag someone down to get us seated since no one was at the front. We then took a table outside since the weather was nice. We were told that the pizza oven wasn’t up that day, so unfortunately that took off half of the dinner options on the menu, additionally 3-4 main entrees were also not available. I asked if there were happy hour specials and was told they weren’t offering happy hour anymore. Once we did order and got our food we were all pleased with it and it was very good. Our waitress was also very friendly. My friend and I were both wearing open toe shoes and our feet/legs kept getting bit by some sort of bugs, but nothing was flying around us. We both had bites the next morning so I would recommend to just sit inside.

Came here for dinner last night for the first time, and I have to say I was impressed! Their chef is from Italy, and you can tell with the authenticity of the food. The bolognese was perfect, and I really enjoyed the thick layer of mozzarella on the “Italy” Neapolitan style pizza. We chose the trio di formaggi for our appetizer, and all of the cheeses were so tasty. I thought the blueberries and pears were a great pairing. My boyfriend loved his cocktail, and we ended the night with some great cannoli. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Our waitress was awesome but the food was terrible. The red sauce for the mussels was good but the mussels themselves weren’t cleaned good and to me they were going bad. My daughter had two in a row with mad sand in it. They didn’t think the mussels were going bad as I did but they both agreed they didnt clean them well. My husband’s Florentine steak was also going bad. You could tell by the coloring. My seafood risotto would have been excellent if the rice had been cooked all the way. Even my daughter said her chicken cutlet was overcooked. And this is a girl that likes her small shrimp over cooked. My duck was over cooked but the skin was spot on. I was expecting the honey glaze to be incorporated with the cooking of the duck but it was literally just poured over the duck which ruined the delicacy of the duck. Too bad as I really wanted to like this place.

This place is a great secret! Charming spaces; dining room, bar, outside terrasse, and semi-outside enclosed terrasse. Fantastic homemade food that shows true effort on the part of a dedicated kitchen team. Service was delightful from a group that felt like family very quickly.

Since moving to the area, the OC has quickly become a regular spot to go and sit at the bar and have a very relaxed evening with great food and drink. Last night was no different – pictured is the very delicious lamb chop special that was offered with a choice of two sides (garlic mashed potatoes and sprouts). After starting with a bourbon-based cocktail, the bartender was quite knowledgeable in finding a nice red wine (a Chianti) to pair with it. And if you have a sweet tooth, their dessert offerings are quite tasty – including the lemon cake!

I don’t understand this place. Over the years since when it first opened, I’ve given it multiple tries, always hoping for improvement… and always leaving more disappointed than the previous time. The guy that first opened this place was an Italian tv personality… Kind of like like the food network chefs we have here. Not sure if he still owns the place, but the food quality could not be any further from that backdrop.
The pizza is the furthest thing from an authentic Italian pizza you could imagine (do they even give the dough time to rise??). I always wish the best for people so I hope they can turn it around. Then again, Google reviews average over 4 stars, so perhaps some people like it… to each their own. If some people enjoy it, so be it. Good luck.

The waitress was fantastic and fun. Was a little disappointed that the chicken dish I ordered they ran out of the day before. Just figure the resturant would be well supplied to produce menu items for a Saturday evening. The resturant was far from busy.
