It rates down there with the absolute worst I’ve experienced. Party of 5 walk in, and the greeting wanted to make me walk out(I’ll explain)but sat down anyway. There was no running water, which meant no ice. We weren’t told that until after we ordered our drinks , hence the greeting, I suppose. She then said she was having a bad day when I asked her how she was doing. The soda was flat without ice ,so I went next door and bought a bag of ice from Family Dollar. You know, cause,I’m a problem solver. Anyways, about 20 minutes went buy and after the kitchen staff had used most of the ice we finally got our drinks. After another 15 minutes she took our order. Food hit the table 1.5 hrs later, and the fries were not hot. The burgers were cold, and like one person put it, ” you could read through the tomato.” it was so thin. I was still charged full price after I supplied our own drinks and ice. One and done. Somebody should open a burger joint in Woodville and put this place out of business.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. We came in tonight to get some dinner after a long weekend. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get cold, itty bitty wings, FREEZING cold fries, and a burger. We were told that the cook didn’t know how to make pizza, so they were calling someone in to make it and it’ll be ANOTHER 30 minutes. We decided to walk out and went to Bagigios instead (which was FANTASTIC by the way!!)
The cook claimed that it took so long because they were “backed up”. Besides our family of 4, there was one more table which had 3 guests!
There was no manager to talk to. I will be calling them tomorrow. I do NOT recommend Big Randy’s!

Smallest wings I’ve ever seen. When called to talk to them about it, the girl said “well you only paid .60 cent per wing”… that is true, it is the special on Sunday night. I would happily paid full price for normal size wings.
I would highly suggest getting your wings somewhere else.

We passed Big Randy’s on the way home from the store and decided to have lunch there. We both ordered the All American Mushroom Burger, mine with fries and his with onion rings. We both ordered tea and it was perfectly brewed.
The burgers were thoroughly cooked, with lots of sautéed mushrooms and a nice slice of melted American Cheese to top it off. Lettuce and tomato came with the burger. I did not take a picture of our food, so please forgive me. The burgers were very good but needed a little seasoning to make it even better!
The fries were nice and crunchy and the onion rings? OMG….they were overcooked just a tad which made them taste even better. Will definitely order again.
As you can see from the pictures, Big Randy’s is adorned with old album covers. I feel ancient seeing some of these because I actually owned the albums once upon a time ago. I can’t be THAT old.
There is also a pool table. I didn’t catch the cost of playing but it’s by the half hour or hour. Keeping this in the back of my mind in case playing pool is on the day’s schedule.
The menu is not huge; burgers, wings, and all-day breakfast are their specialties. Next time I want to try the wings since I saw on another review that they were good. Yum! Is it next time yet?

Went on 50 cent night, the wings were very good. Made fresh. They charged a dollar for tap water though. Each wing had an extra 10 cent charge for the sauce as well.

Do not bring your kids! Not at any time of day. Club music and will not turn it different or off at 3 pm. We dont need to hear bump and grind music in the middle of this day with a children present. Requested 4 times to change it.
Update: descent food, flat drinks, questionable daytime music.
Unacceptable wait! We have waited for over an hour for a burger and tenders. The server was barely able to check on us with the 6 people in the place. I guess this is fine when you are drunk and dont care, but not a place to stop for lunch or timely service.

I didn’t know this place was here until I accidentally found it! I’m so glad! The atmosphere, decor, and service were great! The food was great! I’ve been back a few times since and everything’s spot on each visit! I’ve referred others to this resturaunt. Thank you!

Can’t claim you have the best wings in town when your ranch and blue cheese come out of a store brand bottle. Have to make your dipping sauces homemade or wings just aren’t that good to me. The two young lady’s working were wonderful. As far as the wings, there just OK..

Took the family here on suggestions from some coworkers. Tried the Randy Dandy, and I gotta say it was a pretty good burger. Service was outstanding. Definitely a hidden gem of a place in Woodville and will definitely visit again.
