An overall good first experience.
The servers are very attentive and made sure we had plenty to drink/eat. The protein portions are larger than your typical KBBQ restaurant.

There is a 90 minute limit and mandatory 18% gratuity on your bill.

Host would not let my party sit on two different grills even though we were paying separately. Restaurant tends to add tip without you being aware when you receive your receipt.

Host was advising that one of my party member would not fit in the booth even though they originally planned to sit us in a 6 sitter booth already. They refused to have us sit across from each other for some reason. Not honest or accommodating.

Dude they watch you like sharks I felt like if they thought my wife and I were trying to dine and dash. They also charges a gratitude fee of 18% that is taxed so it was in total a tip of 10 I mean wouldn’t mind if the food and service was ok very disappointed I feel mislead

Really Great KBBQ place! $20 per person, no single seating. If you’re a fan of Gen KBBQ you’ll like this spot. It feels like you have more room to sit but less grill space. Overall 8.5/10. I was a bit uncomfortable being watched as I ate but I later realized that the servers do this to ensure that you’re always taken care of, they bring 3 items out at a time and do charge you ($10) per pound left over. They offer beer and Sake for alcohol as well as soda/tea. We didn’t wait long to be seated. Very big, 2 separate dining areas. Overall really liked it, will come back in the future!

Hello everyone.
Welcome to the red house Korean barbecue. This is a great place for Korean barbecue. The service is quick and it’s never too crowded. The meat portions are the same as many other Korean barbecue places. Thank you everyone for reading my post. Please follow me on Google maps and check out the places I visit.

I recently tried Red House Korean BBQ in Norwalk, CA. Overall, the experience was okay. The beef bulgogi was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the house sauce for the meat didn’t really stand out, and the portions were on the smaller side. The service was a bit slow, which was a little frustrating. On the positive side, the place was clean, and I noticed it has an “A” rating. It’s worth trying if you’re in the area, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Meat was really good. We got brisket and pork belly. They give u sides and even offer u more. The customer service is okay. I felt like they were a bit stingy when it came down to the rice paper. For example, if they see the person next to you still have some, they tell u well there’s some there. They only had one server, so poor lady, she was like everywhere. The all u can eat is 22.99 .

Place is still great but ever since they started automatically adding gratuity to every check no matter how many in the party, instead of being over 6 people. The place has became such a scam! Employee couldn’t believe I didn’t tip another 20% tip on top of the already 18% added to the check.

All the meats were tasty !
Service was good and attentive. Only thing is the 2 Korean ladies didn’t have clearest English and were hard to understand. Other than that they were really nice and attentive. They have a fee they add as a tip just FYI. I’d come back for the big screen tvs and kbbq forsure !
