First of all let me talk about their low carb bread, the sandwich was Delicious! Haven’t been to subway in a while and this bread is a great option for low carb diet. I recommend!
Only one lady running the store all by herself, I know they’re short in staff but at lunch hour, on a weekend, farmers market days, more than 10 people in line, management should schedule more people.
The lady did a great job, but it took a long time for us to order.

Employees are hard working and put up with alot during events. I stood in line for about 45 minutes though because the owner thinks it’s a bright idea to staff one person during an event in downtown. Either hire more help or sell.

Two stars because the staff was friendly…otherwise, what the heck??? I ordered a salad and got a bowl full of big veges. If if I’d wanted a vege tray I would have gone to Safeway. I was given my sad salad in a box that did not have room for my chips or drink. I guess the 30 pound backpack I was wearing was not a clue that I was walking a ways. A bag would have been much better.
I’ve been going to subway for 25 years and this really is the lamest salad I’ve ever had.
Also, where is my napkin? My sandwiches always came with one. I feel like this is salad decriminalization.

It seems like every time I come in, they have a different closing time. I arrived at 8:15 pm and the employee said they were closed, even though Google says 9:30pm. It seemed like there was only one employee and he was just trying to shut it down. Understaffing is a huge issue.

The guy working today was very nice and considerate BUT the women’s bathroom was far from clean. I understand he was probably the bunny working today because it’s Memorial Day but the mold in the toilet was absolutely not okay.

I feel bad for every employee that works here. They are always understaffed. Friendly but stressed out. Whomever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves. Hire more people and you will make more money. I hope they are at least getting breaks. Shame on subway!

Don’t chance it. They’re so understaffed that things take forever and nothing is stocked. Waited in line for 15 minutes with only one person ahead of me to find no turkey, limited bread, and barely any veggies available. Their staff is trying, but they have nothing to work with.

The food was really good, but what prompted me to leave a review was the professionalism and patience displayed by the very nice guy and girl working during my visit on 10/6 during lunch. There was an individual that was quite aggravating and borderline harassing the workers during the busy lunch hour. These workers kept their composure and ensured their customers were taken care of while also dealing with this individual’s shenanigans.
