This location has gone completely downhill, and the management is the reason.
My wife and I waited more than 10 minutes just for someone to come to the counter—even though we were the only customers inside and no drive through customers. When someone finally showed up, we were repeatedly delayed due to someone leaving a drawer open- then a manager came over pressed buttons, walked away, and said absolutely nothing to either customer(us) or staff.
Issue happened three times!
When I politely asked if they could use the drive-thru screen to take our order, the manager loudly said “oh my goddddddd” head back eyes rolled and walked away from us. No explanation. No professionalism. Just attitude.
Another man came by hair half covered by hair net and other out, didn’t say a thing moved the girl at the counter to the side an went to three other computers.
We were clearly ignored while one vehicle/ drive-thru customer was helped instead. The girl at the counter went over to take their order, money, and hand them food.
Why couldn’t they just use the damn computer at the drive through. Would have been faster for all and the educated thing to do.
The only employee who acted semi appropriately was the young woman at the register, and it’s obvious she’s stuck working under terrible leadership.
Rude, unprofessional, and poorly managed. This place has lost our business permanently.

I went to this location and never had issues before. I get home after spending over 20.00 on food. I ordered 2 4 piece thighs original. I chicken only. The other 4 piece meal. I got a small pepsi and not a medium like always and when I get home I see this. So I called. Ring ring. I called 11 times. Twice they answer and hung up 12th time they answer hang up and keep the phone off the hook. Really professional I would say. Never going back.
