I ordered a large frozen custard today around 7:15pm, and when I got my frozen custard I get a small frozen custard but get told by staff “oh there’s only one size for frozen custard…If there is one size for the frozen custard why is there large custard bowls on the shelf and why is it on the menu if there is only one size.. Customer Service was good.

Extremely unprofessional and SLOW customer service by the front staff (two girls) we patiently waited in the line for over 15 minutes just to be told to join the back of another line because they are applying too busy. We were literally at the counter to order and was told to move to meet their convenience. Owners: Please train your employees and take ownership of quality of service.

Rita’s is the best! Their frozen custard is my favorite ! I got the layered one , he always gets the Misto (the custard and ice blend) flavors rotate every day. It’s always a good day for Rita’s!

When this Rita’s in Rosedale first opened, I was 15. This was 1995. It was my first job. I was driving past and my daughter asked me for Rita’s. So, I said yes. I was glad to see that they are still employing the youth. I got Juicy Pear. I highly recommend.

The girl Tamiya is REDICULOUS! She doesn’t smule, doesn’t speak, looks at you like she has a problem, talks under her breath and then gets louder when she gets smart with you. She needs to take what appears to be her UNHAPPY behind and go home. Kids excited to get ritas after school and get greeted with grime reaper energy. If I’m not mistaken she worked last summer and had the dame demeanor. Everyone else is so pleasant but not her. I notice when the nice lady manager or the taller guy isn’t there , then the attitudes come out. Smh

Okay I never write reviews for anything but I need to vent this one. Today I decided to visit Rita’s for the first time this year. Took my little sister, she’s excited as well. Got a regular twist in a cup and I lie to you not, it looked like she only let the machine run once and stopped. Asked for sprinkles and there was practically nothing on it. The portion size was horrible for something that’s almost 4$. I pulled up a picture of last years Rita’s, same size only it was a MUCH larger portion. Never going to Rita’s again if this is how they’re doing their customers. Customer beside me got a full cup for the same price and item. My sister was so disappointed and I was disappointed. Brought one to go for my father as well and even he can’t believe the size for the price. Yes I could’ve gotten a large but I couldn’t believe the size of the regular I didn’t wanna bother going back and forth about the portion. Love Rita’s but I’ll just have to go elsewhere than this location.

The line was long, and you know each order is 3 to 4 items but every one wanted the Italian ices so they waited. The kids did a great job serving everyone. Kudos to them.

Everything is so good here. The only downside is if you really like a flavor of ice or custard, it may not be there on your next visit. But the flavors continually changing lets you try lots of new ones. If they have it try a large gelati with raspberry ice and cheesecake custard, so good.
