From the soft island music to the open and relaxed atmosphere, eating here was amazing! The only thing better than the location was the food. So flavorful, so genuine. I had the Curry Chicken Roti and my partner had the Salt and Pepper Chicken with fried rice. Waitress was super hrlfoful with choosing items and ensuring we knew what we were ordering and spice levels. We split an order of Charsui Chicken too – everything was amazing. Cannot wait to eat here again!

Stumbled on this little gem searching for food near me. I was in the mood for a Caribbean meal bit something different from what I’m use to. This hit the spot. I ordered a lamb pepper steak with lo mein. It checked all my boxes, delicious, great portions, and tender meat. Not to mention the owners are are so sweet!

The food and service were excellent, but it seems they don’t know the difference between chop suey and chow mein. The menu stated that my entrée came with chow mein, which should be fried noodles, but the dish in the picture was clearly chop suey. Chop suey is mixed vegetables. Chow mein is noodles. I was disappointed because I was expecting chow mein.

Delectable made-to-order Chinese-Caribbean fusion restaurant with in-door loft seating. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, and decorated like an island lodge- even has a loft overlooking the dining area. The food was solid, especially the oxtail and fried calamari and fried calamari-style fried chicken. If you’re looking for an authentic and unique Caribbean cuisine, this is your place. Just be aware that the food is made-to-order, so expect to wait 20-30 minutes especially if you’re taking out. Also note that if a menu item says it’s spicy, believe it to be true because it really will be spicy! Otherwise, good food, cozy atmosphere, and nice people.

The roti bread was very soggy and flavorless. The container of watery chickpeas and potatoes was definitely not worth $16 an order and also had no flavor. Ended up throwing most of the roti bread out after trying to eat a few bites. Will probably try to re cook the rest of the potatoes and chickpeas later to make it taste better. If I sat in the restaurant I definitely would not have even tried to eat it. Going back out to find better food now. If it wasn’t so far from me I would have just returned the order.

I gotta be honest this was the worst restaurant we’ve been to. We ordered an orange chicken with an egg drop soup. The soup was $9 btw. It took 10 minutes for her to tell us that they don’t have egg drop soup. So we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the orange chicken to come out and what a disappointment. There was little to no people here despite the long wait for our food. The chicken ($20) was pre frozen and tasted like it had freezer burn and the crust was soggy and fell off. We asked for water and didn’t even get them! I luckily had a water bottle with me. Overall, I will not be coming here again and am very disappointed. 🙁

Came here on a Sunday and it was empty, which was surprising- it’s such a big beautiful space. The soups were delicious! We had the fish soup and egg drop soup 10/10 ps flavorful and comforting. The fried rice and chicken was tasty! I had the roti and shrimp curry, it was nice, a little on the watery side. Their homemade hot pepper sauce was great and pared well with the food. Will come back !

Caribbean Fusion is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, vibrant, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel appreciated.
The food is outstanding — full of bold, authentic island flavors with a creative twist. Every dish is beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the freshness and care that goes into the cooking. The portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and flavorful.
If you’re looking for delicious Caribbean cuisine, great service, and a lively ambiance, Caribbean Fusion is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be back!
If you’d like, I can make it shorter, more casual, or tailored to a specific dish you ordered.

Food – the food is authentic west Indian cuisine. Very flavourful with right ingredients. The meats are tenders and the dishes have that nice west Indian taste. The prices are very fair for the quality and portion sizes served.
Service – the serivce is good, but they staff need to pay attention to the guest. The waitress was eager to clear the dishes even while we were still eating. She is super friendly so it was just a learning curb.
Atmosphere- very clean facility and the owners take pride in their place. The owner checks in with his guest to ensure a pleasant experience and ensure the food quality meets his expectations.
I highly recommend you try this restaurant.
