A closer and good place to stop by to get self or patient foods and drinks instead of purchasing from the hospital cafeteria if you are you and your loved one are hospitalized. Of course, you can stop by another time as well. (they had a sign that said coupons are not accepted due to the increased price of meat )

This was the best subway location I’ve visited, ever! The bread was the freshest I’ve ever tasted, it was so clean and the customer service from the man who helped me today was excellent !! Was actually the best subway sandwich I’ve had haha. The only con is there are no public restrooms but that doesn’t bother me. Don’t leave reviews often but this location deserves it!

Food was great. And, the staff cut up the meat in power boels as we asked. It just that we had to tell them at least 5 times what meat, what cheese, etc. It might be best if you have 1 girl girl who understands us taking the order, and not have to repeat it over and over. This location refused to honor coupons from the weekly mailers. Each coupon lists the excluded items in the fine print directly on the paper coupon itself. The manager (most likely he is also the location owner) said that the subs I ordered were not covered by the coupon and was going to charge me full price. I explained that other locations happily take the coupons, because the subs we ordered are not listed as being excluded on the coupon itself. He still refused to honor the coupon. Needless to say, I let him keep the “excluded because he said so” subs. I won’t be returning to this location.

I don’t eat Subway often, but when I do I prefer getting it from here. Some of the employees are great sandwich artists and know how to craft a sandwich properly. They don’t just throw ingredients around. They do it properly and that makes a great difference in how it ends up tasting. I haven’t had any bad experiences at this location.

This really is the best Subway we’ve been able to find in Louisville, and not even by a little. We’ve never had a bad experience here, the sandwiches are made excellent with ingredients that are carefully laid out. This is also probably the cleanest subway I’ve ever seen anywhere in the country.

Only reason I give this a 4 is because the music is too loud and you and the staff can’t hear each other. Honestly the masks don’t help so cannot entirely blame that. Had to repeat myself so much but, they did an awesome job with my sandwich and the dining area and bathroom was pretty clean.
