Nazer aka BOSSMAN is the best. Made me a The Ultimate BMT foot long wirh double meat toasted to perfection. Literally long day of work and dont eat much but when I tell you this man is awesome. Come eay fresh with subway. Nazer is phenomenal. Great customer service. Good laughs, great food. Sequoia is always beautiful young last whose worked there for 15 years. Tells me that Nazer is a good boss and keeps his employees in good hands. Hands down going there whenever im visiting friends or family in the area!

Walked in Subway today and was greeted by the employees put smiles on their faces and very good service. Made my sub just like I wanted it even asked me that I want salt and pepper before they closed it up. I will return there again. And told me to have a nice day when I walked out. Store opens at 10am, but the doors were locked so I sat outside for 15 minutes while the employee just stared at me from behind the counter, called twice and he wouldn’t pick up the phone.

Popped in since I was craving Subway initially got there didn’t even get greeted. Lady just looked at me. Had a really bad attitude felt like I was forcing her to make my food I actually felt bad for her. Maybe she doesn’t wanna work here, but I think you guys should hire someone who actually wants to do their job and Makes everyone comfortable making their food felt really uncomfortable by her older lady in her 30s or 40s with blonde hair won’t be coming back just felt uncomfortable. Don’t wanna force anybody to make my food

It’s a shame, I love this Subway, but this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at a Subway in my life. I’m Latino, and my English is not very fluent; I can read and write it, but in conversation, I still struggle about 40%. I was surprised that a Latina served me with so much disrespect, and I can even say it felt like racism and xenophobia. She looked at me extremely badly and treated me in the worst way possible, she practically made me feel like I should leave. I was really surprised. Even my wrap and other food items were poorly packed. Honestly, I took them because I had no more time and had to go to work. It was a terrible experience, and I even feel like suing the place and the employee for the way I was treated. It was terrible, horrible, terrifying. I’m just glad her disrespect was aimed at me and not my son or someone close to me, because I know it wouldn’t have ended well.

The food is good but the prices are getting out of hand. Subway is the new Jersey Mike’s. And their dining room appears to be under construction? There’s a blue tarp over some booths but it’s been there for months. Not sure what’s going on.
Edit: prices seem to be back to normal. I was told the restaurant was bought out but another local franchise owner. The service is much better now and the people working are doing a great job. The blue tarps are gone and the dinning room is clean.

Please teach the employees to not handle cash with their gloves on and then handle food immediately after without changing gloves!! I had to ask the gentleman who was both cashier and sandwich maker to please change his gloves after handling cash and then tried to make my food. This is how people can get illnesses!
