Overall I’ll give this place a 5. Service was excellent, from being greeted once we walked through the door to being checked on every few minutes. Everyone was welcoming, and the server we had was very attentive! The portion sizes are large, very filling. Photos shown are the Bolognese, Pork chops, and the Gumbo as an appetizer. They can make virgin drinks from their cocktail menu. They have a large drink selection and the drinks were amazing. All dishes were delicious. It’s a shame that more people don’t know if this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, beautiful, and the music selection, loved it! If you enjoy jazz this is a nice spot to come out and unwind after work for the evening. We took all of our food home due to not being able to finish it. Food wise I’ll give a 8.5 to me it could have been more flavor and season. We tried the collard greens and the taste was off compared to what I’m used to (tasted more oil than broth. Really seemed as if they were cooked in oil versus broth). The corn bread was dry by itself and not as sweet as I would have liked but not bad. The dipping sides they bring with the corn bread were good but shouldn’t be needed if the corn bread is moist and sweet, it wasn’t to me. Don’t mind my taste buds I actually cater food in my free time lol. Definitely give this place a try.

We loved everything about this place. It’s like a little jazz club / restaurant. Fantastic food, the staff was superb and we loved the jazz music. We talked with the owner for a min. Such a nice guy and you can see him all over the restaurant making sure everything is good and everyone is happy.

We stopped in for date night, knowing that it was a new creole resturant in the area (saw it in Q City Metro). We were so pleasantly surprised! The food, drinks, service, and ambience are top notch! It honestly feels like a fancy hotel lobby, complete with a jazz pianist. The owner and chef came over and chatted which gave it an even warmer vibe. We’ll certainly be back!
