Cutest Dunkin, with the perfect location. Just grabbed an iced coffee, easy off, easy on highway stop. The staff were all super nice and the inside was clean. My coffee came out quick and everyone wished me a good day. Great experience.

Worst dunkin ever. I have been here like 6 times. Takes them over 20 mins to make an order even mobile orders. NO EXAGGERATION! And 4 out of 6 times got it wrong. The poor manager runs around trying to do it all bc all his employees and lazy and rude. My son just came over and happened to stop there and just complained of the same thing. They really need to get their shit together. I now go 10 mins out of the way to go to any dunkin except that one. If I could give it zero stars I would

Unfortunately I keep coming here in hopes that the next time will be better than the last.. it is never better. I often do mobile orders and wait for 15 minutes. Then once I get them, they’re never even finished, and they’re missing items. I have ordered a dozen donuts more than once, and they don’t hand them to me I have to ask where are my donuts?And they say, oh sorry, we didn’t have the ones you wanted. And this is after i’ve already paid. This is not a one time occurrence, it is constantly. And forget the watered down refresher beverages, they always taste better from a different dunkin’ donuts. It is close by my house, so I keep coming here. But I think this will be it for me.

Edit: Unfortunately things have changed since my last review. The employees are still courteous and friendly. But te food consistently has a strong aftertaste of disinfectant spray. I tried it a few times hoping it was a one off. But nope. I started going to a different Dunkin’ Donuts for the last couple months. Today I decided to give this location one more shot. Sadly my bagel sandwich had a very strong taste of disinfectant spray… again. I trew it away. Again. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts.
Spray the cleaner on the rag while facing away from the food. Not directly at the surfaces you’re looking to clean. Especially when those surfaces have food in close proximity.

This location is the worst dunkin location I have ever used. I only come here because it is close to my house but unfortunately this will be my last visit. They have only 1-2 employees. The place is a mess. I have made an online order and paid only to come and the location be closed. No coffee and they took my money. Go to the one in the center of Southbury instead.

This is one of those Dunkin’s that just can’t get their priorities straight. If you order in house, prepare to wait even if you are the only one there as they will work on many mobile orders before beginning yours. I’ve waited on a plain bagel with cream cheese while I was the only one there.
Next issue is they often mess your order up. Multiple times now my simple coffee has been wrong. Today I ordered a mocha latte, it says mocha in the cup, but it is plain.

I can’t think of a time I’ve actually seen people walk in, wait for a while and give up and walk out in a Dunkin.
We ordered through the app 10 minutes prior. They did not have the drinks ready. Had to ask while there was a huge line. Food was cold because we had to wait forever to get our drinks made.
Three people kept coming back in saying that their orders were messed up.
