It was my first time eating at sweetgreen, I thought Mendocino farms was healthy. well? sweetgreen gives them a run for their money. I loved all the variety of options especially feeling safe in whatever I was eating was healthy and organic. Even my picky toddler loved it! The specific location I went to was a bit intimidating, there was nothing but highbrow/executive types… But other than that I loved it.

I used come to this location all the time but after today I don’t think I will come back here again. The same exact bowl costs almost $19 compared to $17 at the West 3rd location. Again it’s the same exact bowl! No additions no change! And the service I received today at this particular location is nothing short of ridiculous. The staff who assembled my bowl left out two ingredients for the featured bowl I ordered, and then showed really bad attitude when I asked about them. The veggies are soggy and the ratio of greens and toppings are way off. All I could taste is raw arugula. I have ordered this same winter harvest bowl multiple times in the last two weeks at other stores. Only this one tasted so bad. Avoid if you can.

I absolutely love the Sweetgreen location in Culver City. The food is always fresh, consistent, and exactly what you expect, but what really makes this spot special is the staff. Patti and Derian are truly amazing. They are welcoming, positive, and incredibly attentive every time I come in. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience, and it shows in the way they interact with everyone. They turn a quick lunch stop into something enjoyable, and it is the reason I keep coming back. This location is lucky to have them.

I’ve been a longtime loyal customer of sweetgreen. The harvest bowl is one of my absolute favorites, I’ve been getting lunch here for at least 5 years. I was excited to take my family from out of town there recently and was horrified when we found a green slug in one of our harvest bowls. Being a loyal customer, I was sure once I reached out to support and let them know they would make it right. However, they only credited $22 of a $55 order where all three of us had ordered (and thrown out) harvest bowls with the same kale the slug was found in. After repeated emails with their support team explaining that none of us were able to enjoy our meals, they still refused to credit the full order. Super disappointed and bummed out by this.

I came driving in the rain for food and the worker basically turned me and said that they closed at 930 because they ran out of food. Both him and the guy laughed. Lady with the orange hair. The service here sucks

I’ve been here several times and every time I go the service is great. The manager is always very helpful and all of the workers are very communicative.
It’s nice that they validate parking for the nearby parking garage, considering the lack of street parking.
There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The workers always get through the line very fast and efficiently.
As far as accessibility is concerned, there is no ramp needed for entry and the countertops are at a reasonable level for wheelchair users.

You will not get what you ordered, but you will get what you did not order.
I cannot eat cheese and I ordered mix springs. See what I got – kale and cheese I don’t like.

I’ve been coming here for years. Never has it been so empty. Never have I had a salad I didn’t like. Never had such a bad salad anywhere. Nearly un-able to eat. No way to take one fork-full and not get rotten basil, and in the other salad, Yes two $36 bucks, was wilted rusty lettuce all the way to rotten back mushy bits.
I wouldn’t blame the servers, because they think it’s okay to serve this kind of food, I BLAME MANAGEMENT, and if they think it’s common sense, then they don’t get being able to deliver food at a healthy quality above what you’d find in a trash can
See above note about management, it’s their fault, training is everything, period.

Basically a create-your-own bowls and salad place with amazing set choices. I got the buffalo chicken and honestly it may be hard to try anything else because it was that good.
Customize anything to your liking! Don’t want chicken thighs? Ask for the breast instead. Want kale instead of spinach? No problem.
Salads are loaded! Tons of greens in a giant bowl to make your stomach happy and full. They have seasonal items and you can share plates here – it’s recommended for families. Kids menu available too!
Lots of open space to sit inside or outside. They have homemade juices and teas too that are to die for!!

I ordered the miso glazed salmon on DoorDash, but surprisingly, the salmon was missing—I only received rice and avocado. I really hope mistakes like this don’t happen again.
Also, there seems to be an issue with the store’s contact number. I tried calling three times, but each time I got an error message and the call was immediately disconnected. That’s something that should be fixed as well.
