Service was quick and they made sure I knew what came with my sandwich in case I didn’t want certain vegetables. This was very appreciated! Nice guy took care of my order! Witnessed a repeat customer come in and saw how genuine they are to their customers! Such a refreshing site to see! Love the food at this place and the people will definitely continue to come visit!!

They were out for a Christmas party on Dec 21st last year. I didn’t know this when I put in an order on their website and it let me complete the transaction. I went to pick it up and saw an apology letter on their door and no one there. I called the next business day and everybody said they weren’t the one who handles refunds. I filed a dispute with my bank and just recently got a letter saying quiznos contests my dispute saying I got my order and they’re refusing to refund my money. Liars and greedy thieves.
Reply: OR you can give me my refund instead of trying to give me another hoop to jump through. I’m done talking to your “not my job” pawns. You already have every bit of information you need to fix this. Yeah, you should definitely look into everyone you stole from on Dec 21.

Amazing customer service! I came a few minutes earlier for my food since I was on a timed work lunch. They were still in the beginning of making it. The young man(I’m assuming owners son), was very kind and greeted right away.
There was an older lady who made my order and realized before bagging it that I wanted no veggies and fixed it before it got to me. And for waiting she even gave me a free cookie. Awesome team of people

I was having an Italian Sub craving, and remembered the last time I ordered one from Quizno’s, it was very good; the best I’d had in Conway. I walked in and there was a lady and her son, and one other person ahead of me. The lady had a pretty decent order, with probably four or five sandwiches. The manager is the only one who was working, so it took a little longer, but not long enough to bother anyone, in my opinion. After he completed the order, a lady came in who I suspect may have been his wife, but am not positive about that. She began to “suit up” and help the cause. The man in front of me got his sandwich quickly. The manager apologized for the wait; I told him it was no big deal at all, no worries he was by himself, and that it could have been much longer. I had my mind set on the classic Italian, but the lobster/seafood salad club with bay seasoning was doing its best to convince me otherwise. I asked the manager how long the lobster/seafood salad sandwich would be on the menu (sign and online menu both said limited time). He said it has been added to the menu permanently. So that settled it, I went with my original craving and it was wonderful as always. I ordered the eight inch but could only eat half. When I was paying, the manager once again apologized, and put in a free cookie for my wait. Great customer service!
