TREATING OTHERS AROUND YOU AS PEOPLE including their service animal.. ‍
Third visit at this place I once again was attacked by the employees because of my service animal, despite clearly showing them my service dog identification card, I use the word attacked because my disability is PTSD and I was definitely triggered, I felt like I was under attack..
Oñce I spoke with the owner and he was quite kind, claims the issue is resolved, whether it is or not I will not be returning and I still am considering a civil lawsuit and sending a private process server to serve this location,
All I wanted was a sandwich and all I got was harmed.

Placed an online order 15 minutes in advance. When I got there they made at least four more peoples orders before starting mine. My online confirmation showed my order was already complete. Did not toast or cut my flatbread footling… extremely disappointed. I would like a refund.

I forget every time why I don’t go back here as I live just around the corner, but apparently a soggy, cold steak, lacking fresh flavor, and too little veggies is what you get for 12.00.

Owner states that’s what to expect. And since they don’t offer you more than 255 words to write your complaint. Please don’t bother.

Never again. Go get Jimmy John’s everyone, he’ll you can get better crap at Sheetz.

This location has unfortunately declined significantly since the owner no longer attends. The management’s treatment of staff—sometimes to the point of embarrassing guests—is deeply disappointing. The quality of the food has also deteriorated to a borderline unacceptable level.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, not met with disdain, as I was during my last visit. Voicing legitimate concerns about inedible food should never be met with condescension from an unprofessional manager.

This experience reflects poorly on the Subway brand and falls far short of the high standards that the owner upheld when present. Regrettably, I will not be returning.

Worst manager I have seen/heard working in any service anywhere. I place an online order….20 minutes later arrive to pick up my food. After waiting 10 minutes i give my name to the worker and she said your order is down there (at the register) I go to the register where the manager is and has been standing since I walked in yelling at all her employees in front of customers. The workers would go to do a task the manager would bark stop ill get that and proceed to stand at the register (not ringing anybody up because nobody was getting there orders) there were 4 online orders in front of me waiting on theirs to be made. Regular customers were coming in as well. The employees were trying their best to get orders completed in the order they were received. The manager yelled to the employees what are you guys doing?? Stop with the online orders ill get those you worry about the people in front of you. They stop making online orders and start making current customer orders. The manager never left the register to make any orders. I go up and give her my name and explain her employee said my food was ready at the register, she replied “dont you think i heard what she said? Im telling you ive been working on online orders and yours isnt ready” to which i replied at the point yeah it would be kind of hard to finish an order standing up here at the register for the last 15 minutes…As more online orders are coming through, the workers realize there are 5 people with online orders standing in front of them so they to back to completing those orders where the manager goes to the 1 female working and says I don’t understand why you keep working on online orders when I’m telling you not to. I got my order after about half an hr of her insulting her employees so upon leaving I told every employee in the building if I were in their shoes I’d straight up walk out the door if she talked to me that way in front of a room full of customers let alone the fact she stands in a corner and just barks orders without doing a single thing to help. There was no sorry about your wait, no nothing. She did make it very clear online ordering is useless there because she doesn’t care about online orders…..only people in front of her face need their orders made.

I’ve never once had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly, busy or slow. Refreshing to see patient, happy, kind hearted staff with amazing work ethic. Food is fresh and the cookies.. Yum!

The manager is very unprofessional and rude. He acts like it’s going to kill him to do his job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Will continue to file complaints on him, until something is done about it. I’ve even had co-workers talk about how arrogant and condescending he was towards them, and that’s pretty bad considering you’re only in contact for maybe a brief 20 mins, to make a freaking sandwich. DO BETTER! Hire someone else!

I got fired from this Subway in 2004, because I called off on my third day to see Return of the King in Charleston. The manager said I wasn’t a team player, which was a fair criticism at the time. I still eat here, even though Subway itself is mediocre. I could eat a sandwich for every meal, and this is a way to get one quick and be able to have real fresh vegetables at the same time. This location is clean, and the employees are friendly enough.

The 2 ladies working today at lunch were amazing sandwich making machines.
It was very busy and they made the wait short. A blur of hands making tasty lunches so fast it made your head spin. Thank you ladies! Please give these 2 a raise. 4/11/19

F- – I came in about 1130 there was six people ahead of me and I stood in line to order.I was watching the girl making an online order for some big company they ordered like 15 subs. I stood in line watching them make online orders.by the time I got up to the counter all the ingredients is empty in the in the stand there.I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. the girl behind the counter said she was out of sweet onion sauce and she was out of chicken teriyaki and I just walked out. I will never set foot in that building again. That was the worst experience I have ever had at any subway.
