Terrible customer service i went on a sunday to eat with my kids after church expecting a good time like in other places. She hands me the food i ask her if i can eat there and she is bothered and says yes i will let you use MY table. I had 4 little girls and she said we have no platters for you to eat here. No plates. Gave me 4 forks did not make any effort to give me atleast a food plate. Not only that the combination plate brings enough rice for a 5 year old. Usually 2 people can eat from a Chinese combination plate not here. Very little food. They do not treat you to come back. I have never left a bad review anywhere but i felt terrible not even a napkin was given to me.

Best bbq pork spare ribs I’ve had yet here in Winter Haven. The Beef Lo Mein is my go-to every time. The chow mein and chop suey are fresh and delicious. My wife and I will shop at Publix and Bealls then get our takeout from here to enjoy at home.

Quintessential Chinese food. If you don’t like this place, you don’t have taste buds. Take out is the best, i give the atmosphere a 4 stars since i don’t know if you an dine, but if you can it’s pretty low key, nothing special.

Ordered crab ragoons with my 3 meals and they were dry. Asked if I could bring them back and have replaced and was told by the lady at the front that she couldn’t help me and there was nothing she could do. Wrong answer.

A panhandler entered the place and approached each seated customer asking for money. The people running the place didn’t seem to have a problem with it. I won’t be back.

The orange chicken was good and all but it had to much batter on it and too much sauce and it was only a couple pieces of chicken in the sauce the noodlles were good but they made my stomach hurt. I don’t know if y’all clean the dishes you put the food in but please change your ways. Would I try it again no I will be getting soup from Golden wok but orange chicken no l. The person who takes the food was coughing a little too if your sick don’t come in . But the place is good it’s great but there’s things they need to fix plus the reviews I looked at while ordering the food were horrible try new things out

I’ve always liked coming here but I haven’t gone in a few years due to everything going up in price. Their food just doesn’t taste the same either, especially their egg rolls. I don’t know what they’re doing different to them. The one thing I can say though is the lady that usually answers the phone is so very nice. It’s like she knows who you are on the other end and remembers people’s order in the past. I still like going here but it’s not going to be a habit anymore. I need to watch my pockets.
