We ate them call or ask what they donuts are in stock people buy donuts every morning and get good donuts. You should be pleased to know that the variety they do have are the corner stone for this company so old favorites should be available. The Taste competition between this branch and other branches in Sanford and Somersworth are close meaning they get the same donuts from the same place. When you go into the store like by the police station dunking you get to see the donuts. This dunkin could work on getting more donuts if we could do that then we would in heaven.

Very poor customer service from manager at 8:50am on 2/28/2026. Went to pick up a delivery order waited 10 minutes Iine (drive through only) when I got to the window the manager told me that I needed to drive around again and speak into the speaker,(the 1st time through; no one spoke with) wasted another 10 minutes, manager was rude the whole time .

Went to get a latte and they close at 7pm yet it was 610pm when I got there they said they already cleaned it and shut it down. You close at 7pm then you shouldn’t be shutting anything down yet.

I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant conversation with a gorgeous woman at the window. We tried to explain so had a mobile order at the intercom but she would not respond, she kept saying “i can’t hear you, turn back around” So I thought that meant pull up front, because I already did a mobile order, you can’t hear me but my food is already paid for. so we went to the window and the woman was very beautiful, and seemed demure but unfortunately I think she had a bad day because she was really rude. Everyone was telling me I had to turn back around but my food and drink were next to her, I saw my name, she knew it was my order and would not give me the goods I paid for. I understand if I tried to order at the window I can’t, but they want me to loop around to say “mobile order for kat” when I already did 3-6 times and they were giggling saying the intercom isn’t working. The woman was heavier set both archetype, bangs black hair piercings glasses all of that.I didn’t get a name. She was beautiful but unfortunately her attitude and hospitality was not. I worked in fast food corporate and management for a while so I understand why they’d say that. But it seemed to be a game for them. Which makes no sense since I know these stores work on time.

This is the only place in Sanford you can go to get your coffee made right. Kyle is the most fantastic employee I always ask for him to make my lattes. As an autistic woman with taste and texture issues it’s hard for me to trust. I trust this man. He’s also super kind and understanding. I’m so glad he’s been moved to this one permanently! I’d like to remind people this is a drive they only location- if you have big orders you should really be respectful of this.

So appreciated this staff in Springvale on 12/15- made my weekend. I’m used to getting old, sometimes burnt coffee when I order my cold brew instead of the staff being honest & saying they are out – allowing me make the decision for the often bitter regular ice coffee if I choose (less $). I drink it black- I know if it’s not cold brew. I’ve never gone back to complain at other franchises, just usually dump it with such disappointment. Being a weekend on call hospice nurse w/no sleep for 40 hours & embarking on an hour long commute for a pt visit, that simple cup of coffee can have quite an impact. Thank you 12/15 evening staff for your good customer service & kindness

Used to be the best dunkins around lately they don’t have anything they run out of everything. And if it open till 8 you shouldn’t be shutting ur froze coffee machine down two hours before close management needs to wake up

This review is a long time coming – one I have wanted to write for a couple years now. This DD location has never had anything but wonderful employees!! Every single time I have both ordered and got to the pickup window, I have never been met with anything but wonderful, warm employees who genuinely seem to love their job! I cannot say enough good things about them ALL.. that crew really puts the extra mile in and makes all of the customers feel welcome & leave with a smile. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! =)

The cashiers are always nice but the store itself could use some attention. They regularly run out of cold brew and rather than tell you, they either give you watered-down garbage or put espresso in it that tastes disgusting if you don’t like espresso. Do better.
