My wife and I had a wonderful dinner for our date night. First and more importantly it’s a BYOB restaurant. We started out with Nachos Caseros which was so good. Our entrees were large and well prepared. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Casa Rustica was recommended by a server in another restaurant in town. We were so pleased we chose to go there for lunch. The owners daughter was the sweetest hostess in training! We were promptly seated and the food from start to finish far surpassed our expectations! The food was so flavorful and fresh and portions were fairly large. The staff was so friendly and attentive. If you want great food and service give this family your business. You will not be disappointed!

I had the $18 ribs, (same price as Applebee’s), for take out. The ribs were moist, very well seasoned and came off the bone perfectly. They were clearly brined or marinated for at least a day prior to cooking. They were great. Tasty and not dry. The potatoes were OK… Perhaps a bit too salty.
While I did get take out I waited at the counter while my food was being prepared. The atmosphere was very casual. A bit too bright. Music absolutely needs to change. Something Latin would be much better as it would match the food. All in all the food impressed me. I would give this spot an 8 out of ten on the Sussex County rating scale.

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Rustica. I ordered a steak with vegetables and mashed potatoes. It was a 14 oz flavorful and tender steak. The restaurant staff I’d friendly and attentive, making the whole evening enjoyable from start to finish.
This is a great spot overall and if you’re looking for satisfying latin-inspired restaurant, this is it. Highly recommend.

Great place. We had the sirloin and ribs. Both were good. Prices seemed a little high, but I see that happening at every restaurant. The only negative is that it’s right on Spring street, which has been getting a little sketchy lately. There are a lot of characters loitering around nowadays. None of these people were rude or hostile, but they look like they have a lot of road wear, and they don’t hesitate to ask for money. It’s like being in Brooklyn again. LOL.

My wife and I went on a date night and we didnt know where to go and we had a few earns to do. When we got there it looked like it was closed. When we got inside there was only 3 other tables with people there. Our waiter seemed to be new a waiting tables. Our food look way to long to only have 4 tables there. When our food came it look wrong. My wife got a whole fish dish and it looked dried out and had way to many bones. Not good. I got steak fajita and it was way to saucy and the onions and peppers looked like onions rings, huge! Both of our rice was mushy and overcooked. And for the price we thought it would be decent, way covered prices. I would not recommend this place at all.
