Foods good service is good. I mistakenly ordered at this location while I was an hour away thinking I was ordering at a closer location but luckily I was headed that way but i called them and let them know the situation. They placed my personal pizza in a hot tin plate I assume to keep it hot for me. I appreciate that.

Offered to help with my online order, made some great suggestions, was upfront about promotions and deals on app. Explained that I could accumulate points, and use them for future orders. The employee also communicated very well with how long the wait would be if I wanted to place my order. Asked if I needed anything else, and if so he’d be glad to help out. Very attentive, and professional, yet inviting, and friendly. Made my experience pleasant overall.

Very kind and helpful employee’s. When I called to ask a question before I ordered I guess their phone system rerouted me to their call center where an Indian person answered. I still want to know who made India the customer service hub of the world. I asked if they took EBT at this location. I was told that they did. So I placed my order online. With a hungry family waiting I left to pickup our dinner. Only to find out when I went to pay that they do not take EBT at this location. The next closest location is more than a ten minute drive from there. When I asked what are they going to do with the food, if there just going to throw it away, if I could get it. They were kind enough to give it to me at no charge due to the misunderstanding. My family and I thank you. Will definitely come back to this location.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for about a year and it’s never been bad. Recently this store has switched to having the delivery managed by DoorDash. We stopped using Doordash because they can never find our condo complex, give us the wrong food, etc. Our Pizza Hut DoorDash driver could not find the place, the store did not give them the gate code, and since they don’t use thermal bags, like Pizza Hut used, the pizza came cold. I am disappointed that instead of trying to pay delivery drives they passed the process to a third party to save money.

I dont know what this is but ima call it plastic. Bit into my slice and im chewing (thank goodness) and as im chewing i thought it was bacon so i tried to bite harder and nope. It was plastic… it had a sharp edge too. Always chew your food!

I ordered a large pizza for carry out. Drive to pick up my order and pay for it. I looked at receipt and noticed a “service charge” on top of the price for pizza and tax. I’m disappointed in having to pay a service charge for a service I don’t receive.

Don’t go here unless you are looking to be overcharge i asked for the special 12.99 and was charged $22 when I asked about the said it was that Price. The girl was super confused getting the same pizza for $10 more is ridiculous.

No one wants to work today the manager is outside chatting away. The only workers here are chatting with each other and don’t really care what’s going on. Go to another Pizza Hut location or try Little Caesars there are better.
